Great. Very responsive and punctual. Got the job done in good time.

Provider was prompt in returning my call seeking service. Arrived at the designated time the next day. Went right to work and was able to diagnose the issue shortly after disassembling the machine. Was able to fix the problem with parts he had in inventory, test the dishwasher to ensure it was functioning properly, and we were up and running in about an hour. Was charged a fair price for his service. We were very pleased.

I was totally impressed with the professionalism and integrity displayed by the owner of this business. He came in, quickly assessed the situation on both the washer and dishwasher, rapidly fixed both issues, and then spent some time educating me about how to care for the machines, and what to watch for that might indicate a need for a more complicated and costly repair. He was obviously looking out for my expenses, which is so admirable! He stated that he would do the more economically advantageous repair first, and then if it became necessary, I would call him and he would then wave the initial house call fee and charge me only for the parts, shipping, and labor of the repair itself. I am impressed with his knowledge, and his desire to pass along some general understanding of the reason the machines were malfunctioning, and what it might take to make them operate at their best. I absolutely would call again in a heartbeat. And, to top it all off, the price for his visit was far below what I feared it might be. He fixed both machines for a total of $123.00, which includes the $65.00 fee for coming out to the job site. Phenomenal! And my appliances are working again!

Had to order a part,called a few days later and set up second appointment. Fixed it in good time. Tried to order less expensive part,but not made by company. Gave us tips on what NOT to do so it doesn't break again.
