Description of Work: Richard and his team restored a massive historic stone fireplace and chimney that had been neglected for fifty years. They did a stunning job on a difficult project, going well beyond what was required with spectacular results. They are skilled master craftsmen who take pride in their work and do it for the sake of doing it right, doing it as well as they possibly can.

+ 3 moreRichard caught my vision for the basement and ran with it. He came up with solutions and ideas that no other contractor thought of. He and his workers are funny, but be prepared for their antics! I wasn't thrilled with the paint job, so I would probably hire someone else in the future to do the finish paint work.
Description of Work: Basement finish, fireplace installation and bathroom addition. For a separate project he re-did stonework behind our wood stove and installed a new stovepipe.
