 + -1 moreI've used Comfort Control for everything HVAC for many years on multiple properties. This morning I woke up to a cold house because my 20-year-old furnace's heat exchanger finally gave in. Called Dave at 9AM who happened to be installing a furnace on my side of town in Kalamazoo. He came over to check within 2 hours, diagnosed that it was indeed the heat exchanger - a situation where it's better to just replace the furnace than to fix with a potential for ongoing problems. After deciding to have it replaced, he said he could still do it TODAY!! What??! They were done with the removal of the old and installation of the new furnace by 2PM. Dave has always been very friendly, professional and trustworthy and always recommend Comfort Control for heating and cooling services.

 + 0 moreVery well. Dave was in constant communication. He call 24 hrs ahead of time to confirm the 8:30am appointment. Was right on time and went to work. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he found, areas to watch and general information about my system. He didn't try to up sell me on a ore expensive unit since I didn't need it.
Description of Work: HVAC season checkups and replaced my hot water heater.
