He could not get the piece out of the lock so went to hardware store and ended up having to order a new lock. Called a few days later to set up an install. Excellent service would definitely recommend

He made sure the keys and locks worked smoothly before he left. He was able to get to our house within hours of our call. George was friendly, professional, and efficient.

I called George early in the morning because we were closing on a house that day and asked if he could make it out that day! I asked for 3pm and we were about 10 min late, but George was right on time waiting in our driveway waiting for us. Friendly and clean appearance and very professional! I think the price was great. 3 door knobs and 2 dead bolts rekeyed and a new door knob and 6 keys for $280. Very fast work as well!! I would highly recommend George!!

He told me the time it would take for him to get there and was on time, he gave me an aproximate on time to get the job done that was accurate. excellent service.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and he was out. I left a message with his secretary (his wife I think). He returned the call about an hour later and scheduled me for Monday late morning. He called promptly prior to arriving so that I had time to go to the house and then arrived right when he said he would. His estimate of $175 to $200 was exceeded due to there being an extra lock compared to the three I had mentioned and the two deadbolts that were missing. George was professional and friendly and did a good job. I would definitely call on him again. The only negative is that George did not bring me coffee. I think he should give out free coffee on every job just because of his name.

We recently moved into our new house and wanted to have all the locks replaced in case someone still had keys to the house. Called Mr. Coffey and he gave me an estimate from how many doors I told him we had. He came the next day and changed out all the locks in our house. He arrived on time and was very efficient. His estimate was right on point.

He was punctual and did the job. Later I called to have him come back because the extra keys I had made did not work in the knob locks (worked fine in the deadbolts). Even though the problem was in the remade keys, he did not charge for the return visit. He is highly ethical and I recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

I locked myself out of my house late one night. Used the neighbor's phone and yellow pages to find a locksmith who would come to my home. Most only dealt with car lockouts, or were not open. I found one, called, he said he would be there in 30 minutes. He called back in 10 minutes and said he was at a wedding reception and too drunk to drive!! So the next one on the list was Mr. Coffey. He lived on the opposite side of town so he could not be there for 40-50 minutes. He arrived at my home after about 30 minutes, earlier than he estimated. He got right to work, and had my kitchen door open in 5 minutes. He charged exactly what he quoted over the phone, he was very courteous and professional. If I ever lock myself out again, I will call Mr. Coffey first!!
