Description of Work: never got a call after auto responded that they would contact me. Waited a day and had to hire another. Sorry, wanted to use them.

Description of Work: We needed a new humidifier for our furnace. In the process of replacing the old one, the technician noted a blockage in the pipe that carried excess water from the system, which was causing water to collect in the bottom of the furnace and leak to the floor. | |We also had a malfunctioning gas fireplace, which wouldn't sustain heating. They fixed this, also, but we are still waiting to get the front of the fireplace installed correctly.

 + 0 moreThe service person arrived within 45 minutes of his estimated start time, which was very good. He was very considerate of the cleanliness of our house. He completely dismantled our gas fireplace, cleaned every component (including the tempered glass front), and reassembled it. This is the first time ur unit has performed well in the past five years, after having two other companies attempt unsuccessfully to repair it.
Description of Work: Our gas fireplace was repaired by the owner of the company, Mark Ausel. He was thorough in his work, leaving our unit in better condition than when it was new. Additionally, he took off his shoes, laid down a tarp, and vacuumed the area to ensure no residue was left. We are happy to commend Ultimate Comfort to anyone needing HVAC work!
