Awesome. Well, first we couldn't find it, and both Kurt and Joe were super helpful in working with me to find the septic. They answered many questions and phone calls helping me navigate my way, and we finally found the septic. Yeah! They were both very knowledgeable and had patience with me and my situation. Will definitely use again.

I dug up the septic tank lid myself. They arrived about a half hour early, which is more than fine with me. Very nice guys. The experience veteran and the brawn. Very professional and informative. Once they got the lid off and started pumping, the veteran could see that the tank had probably not been emptied at all by the previous owner - it was almost full. About twenty to thirty minutes to empty the tank. Very informative, telling me about what he was finding as we went along. Afterwards, they both gave me wonderful advice on maintenance, frequency of when it needs emptied, as well as great paperwork to have on hand. Very friendly professionals. Will definitely call them for the next service if they are still in business.

Well. Would have like the site to be smoothed out more. It was left kind of rough but that was the only negative and we can handle that.

I was pretty sure my tank was full, was having backups in my lower level shower. I found these guys with alot of good reviews. They were not wrong. These fellows were very flexible to when I wanted them to come out. They were prompt. They were thoughtful and checked on our property and where it would be safe to drive their truck before approaching our tank. They were constantly educating me on how to care for my tank in between pumping with what-to-do's and what-not's. Overall, very honest and dependable guys to have come to your house, take care of your problem and keep you knowledgeable on what to do in the future. I recommend them highly

Very well! The service provider came on time, gave helpful advice about how long we can wait for the next empty, and explained the bacterial product. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

We called because our septic alarm had gone off and we thought that we might need the septic pumped. Since we had bought the house a few months prior, we didn't know what schedule the septic system was on for pumping. When the guy came out to pump, he checked the system and told us everything was fine - no need to pump. He explained what had probably set off the the system - showing us the pump in our tank and letting us know what maintenance and such should be done. We decided to have the tank pumped so that we had control of the schedule since we didn't know the last time it had been pumped, but they in no way tried to pressure us to do that.

We called with a non-emergency situation, though we hoped to get the job done soon, as our system was running very slowly throughout the house. We called on Friday, and the work was done the next day, in the morning. We really appreciated that he made routine calls on the weekend. He turned up right on time, and was able to locate the tank pretty quickly, without a map. He and my husband dug it up (my husband volunteered to help) in no time, and the job was thorough and relatively fast (a couple of hours). He took time to answer our questions and suggested ways that we can keep the system clearer, for longer, in the future. He suggested products that did somewhat different things and were in a range of prices, so we could choose the best ones for us. He cleaned up well afterward, didn't mess up the yard with the truck or anything. The price was right on, very reasonable ~ we are very happy with the job, and will call them again if we need to (I hope not!!) and/or recommend them to others.
