NATURAL CARPET CLEANING

I have pets as well as old carpeting. Because of my limited budget, I wait until the carpets are really dirty before getting them cleaned. I was very pleased with the results, as well as the friendly, professional service.

They showed up exactly on time, and left carpets thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, unscented, and damp but not wet. They were very professional. Great job; this is the second time we’ ve hired them and will continue to do so. Also, they have a new service to recondition and re-seal hardwood floors, which we will definitely look into.

Very pleased and impressed with this company from start to finish. Marla and Ryan were responsive to our sensitivity to odors and used the appropriate products. Our 23-yr. old carpeting looked great when Ryan was done. So much less noise, moisture and drying time. We've deliberately held off getting our carpet cleaned because of past experiences with the inconvenience and so-so results of other companies. But, we will be frequent customers of Natural Carpet Cleaning because of their professionalism and WONDERFUL results.

Very well. Ryan showed up on time and did a very thorough cleaning. Our carpets look like new, even the stairway, which gets a lot of use. The carpet was damp but not wet when he was done, and it was squeaky-clean. There was a light floral fragrance left behind but nothing chemical-smelling. I'm embarrassed to say how dirty our carpets were (we have dogs that shed and track in dirt) and it took Ryan awhile to clean them, as he deep-vacuumed first. We've used other carpet cleaners but were not very satisfied--the carpets looked only somewhat cleaner, and they were sopping wet, and there was often a slimy residue (one reason we waited so long to have the carpets cleaned is that I was discouraged about finding someone to do a decent job) but I will definitely call Natural Carpet Cleaning ahd have the carpets done on a regular basis. We have patterned carpet and we can see all the patterns and colors again. I'm super pleased.

We only use Natural Carpet Cleaning in our home because they are conscientious about the safety of their products and do an excellent job. They are a family-owned business and are always kind and professional. When we've had "emergency" pet stains, they have managed to work us in. Great! Marla set up the appointment for the exact day & time that we requested. Ryan stepped onto our front porch at the time he was scheduled & left at the time he said he would be done. All his equipment was clean & neat. He was informative, thorough & did an excellent job on a bad spot we had on the carpet. Marla called later to make sure we were happy with the job & followed that up with a written "thank you" note! We are beyond pleased with the experience & will be recommending Natural Carpet Cleaning to friends. Will definitely use them again!

Ryan arrived five minutes early, looked at the damaged carpet, and told us what to expect with regard to the potential outcome. He then pretreated the worst of the stains and proceeded to steam clean the carpet overall. We were ecstatic to see how clean the carpet was when he had finished. We wouldn't have thought it possible to save this carpet and really expected to have to have it replaced. Ryan was knowledgeable, pleasant, punctual and professional. We rate this business an A+ and recommend them most highly.

My email to NCC was last minute & I was hoping to squeeze in a carpet cleaning. Marla from NCC called me right away and let me know they could squeeze me in asap. She was very helpful & patient on the phone. Ryan arrived on time and took care of all the spots & overall carpet cleaning quickly. Not long dry time, no scent, & a job well done. I would highly recommend based on their overall service. Plus, a family business is the best to work with.

NCC always does a wonderful job at a fantastic price. They're always on time and very professional. We've hired a couple of different companies in the past, but like Natural Carpet Cleaning best. And you CANNOT beat their price for what they do. I highly recommend them. The two recliners had even been PEED on by one of our four cats and they got the smell out! (Now THAT'S a great job!)

It's a pretty large job. They do a great job. The guy have one or 2 employees. They're very friendly, very informative and do a great job in moving furniture. They're very thorough and I'm just really, really pleased.

This was a long time ago (Aug.2009), but I do remember how pleased I was with the result. We had a dog and had some old stains in the carpet. Natural Carpet cleaning made them disappear!! The smell is awesome (think citrus) and Ryan, the owner came and did the work. I did vacuum everything first (saved $ that way) and he moved the furniture as needed. We moved out all the small pieces to make it easier to get all the carpet. Ryan was on time, very courteous, and efficient. The price is comparable to other companies, but the results far exceed those companies. I intend to have Natural Carpet Cleaning back in the next 6 months to have the family room and the upstairs bedrooms and hallway cleaned.

My husband was home when the actual cleaning took place, but according to him, NCC arrived on time and was friendly and thorough and they actually moved furniture as well. And I could tell when I got home how great a job was done, especially with the light-colored carpeting in the bedroom. They did a better job on it than the company I've always previously hired to do the same work. So NCC WILL be hired again in the future! In all, about 225 sq, ft, was cleaned.

The service was great, the carpeting looks like new especially in the high traffic areas. This is the best cleaning we have had in years. The provider took extra time in the area where our dog had an accident and it looks and smells great. We would definitely recommend the service. The price seems a bit high until you realize you get what you pay for and this cleaning was worth every cent.

They responded to our phone call immediately, and did a fantastic job. The former owner of our house had some indoor pets, and the whole house had a particular odor, but it became fresh and clean after their service. We really liked their use of the natural products instead of the petroleum derivatives. They gave us a discount, because we had not moved in the house, and there was no furnitures they had to move. We will ask their service again!

Excellent. I have allergies and am somewhat chemically sensitive, and so I wanted to stay away from having chemicals from the cleaning polluting the air in the house. On this score, I couldn't be happier; the only smells produced by this cleaning process were mild and pleasant ones from natural oils such as citrus used in the pre-cleaning process. There was absolutely no after-odor lingering when he was done. Anyone walking in wouldn't have known that the cleaning had just taken place. I just purchased a house formerly inhabited by a smoker, and the smoke smell permeates the house. Ryan was absolutely honest regarding what the non-chemical cleaning process could do with regard to mitigating the smoke smell, and what it couldn't do. He was also clear about outlining further options that could be taken up the road if the smoke smell was still evident in the carpet after cleaning. (He said he could spray on a chemical specifically made to target the odor.) The cleaning has significantly lessened the smell of the smoke. All of the odor is not coming from the carpet, and I've yet to get to addressing all the other surfaces such as walls and woodwork, but I'm happy with the improvement with the odor problem that resulted from the cleaning. With regard to the change in the appearance of the carpet after cleaning--I'm also entirely pleased. The living room carpet looked pretty bad. I wasn't sure if certain stains would come out (including a large area where cola had been spilled). But the spots are all out, and haven't returned. So the cleaning went really well--but that's not where my recommendation ends. Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty in really trying to help problem-solve with regard to how to address the smoke issue. He's honest and sincere in his desire to help his customer get the desired result. I discussed with him how one duct-cleaning outfit had told me that my ducts couldn't be cleaned b/c of the way the basement was finished, and he advised getting a second opinion. He even recommended a competing carpet cleaning outfit that also happens to clean ducts--telling me that they were very honest. If you want a chemical-free, great carpet cleaning, I think you'll be pleased with Natural Carpet Cleaning. Thanks, Ryan!

He did a great job. There were some stains that came back and he took care of them.

They did a great job! The carpets and furniture looked great. The place smelled wonderful afterwords. Not chemical, just natural and soft. I would definitely hire them again!

They use all natural products to clean the carpet, so it's safe for children and pets. Our carpet looks brand new!
