+ -1 moreDespite not showing up during the time they stated, they did contact us via phone to indicate what time they would approx be arriving. Everything else was great and we were very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Replaced tracking, door and springs.

+ -1 moreIt's still a little unclear how I ran into our garage door, but I thought for certain we would need a total replacement. They came out very quickly and assessed the damage, and made the door functional while ordering the proper parts to repair it. When the parts came in, the door was repaired quickly and looks brand new again!
Description of Work: Fixed our garage door after I accidentally ran into it with my car!

+ -1 moreI called Mason Garage Door to get an estimate for a new door and opener after getting estimates from three other companies on Angie's (one of which I had to call back because they never sent me an estimate). Mason Garage Door's estimate was better than the rest and Dave took time to explain the installation process and what would be involved. My garage never had a door before and it was a non-standard size, 17' x 7' that needed to be ordered. I gave the go ahead to order the door and it was installed is less than two weeks. He showed up on time for the estimate and installation, unlike any of the others. Installation went great and he cleaned up any mess he had created. I would highly recommend him for any garage door issues you have.
