+ -1 moreHe called back three days later to tell me his guy that did ceramic tile re-grouting had quit, that he wouldn't be able to provide a quote, and to wish me luck in finding someone that could do the job. No suggestions on others to call, that he'd call me back after a hire was made, etc.
Description of Work: Jerry came out to give an estimate. Very friendly and professional at that stage, and answered all of my questions. Said I would get a quote in a day or two.
