Professionalism of work crew and workmanship of new tub surround was great, but the finishing and follow-up was disappointing. The fixtures were not caulked at the end of the job and noticed after the fact. After inquiring and asking for a service call to complete the work, I ended up doing it myself after no response.

Gary ,The rep. they sent out,conducted himself in a manner consistant with a pro,but the installers came out the first time & droped the new tub off the truck & damaged it, They where going to put that tub in anyways & found out it was to big,they stripped out my old tub & surround & left me with nothing but a hole in my bathroom for 2 days, but when they came back out the 2nd time they worked for 6 hrs. & got the job done, my tub & surround are beautiful now , & I feel they done a excellent job, now I need to see if it stays that way before I can say anything else about it.
