Great experience. Five Star Bath Solutions team are fantastic!! They did an awesome job. This is the 2nd time we have used them. We had the master bath finished in Oct 2021. They are fairly priced and very accommodating. We are completely happy with the results and will call on Five Star Bath Solutions to update our guest bathroom.

They removed an old bathtub and installed a shower enclosure. The company performed as the promised. Five Star Bath Solutions team did a good job during the installation. The bid was really competitive with the others. We are really pleased.

Excellent work on my bathroom. The bathroom had to be totally gutted. Five Star Bath Solutions crew worked with me to pick out out materials that would continue to be inside my price range but nevertheless gave the seem I used to be going for. Bathroom was finished plenty faster than time quoted. Most aggressive quote I obtained and job nicely done!!

Five Star Bath Solutions is by far the best in the business at remodeling bathrooms. Their people are always asking if there is anything that need done and if we are happy with their work. The installers are very courteous and made sure we are satisfied with the job. Would recommend these fine people at any time.

We are absolutely thrilled with our bathroom remodel, Workmanship, and quality of materials! We have hard water and it's so wonderful not to have to scrub grout and hide our bath with a shower curtain. We will highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to our family and friends.

I called and send emails to fix an issue but they never came. The life warranty is just a marketing statement.

This was just looking at the situation, presenting options, then we made the agreement. So we can't comment on work yet, but the first stage was very well done.

Our installer Kyle was great. He tore out the tub and converted it to a walk in shower. He was very courteous, professional and has an eye for detail. Was on time both days of work. Iâ  m very happy with the end result. I have a beautiful walk in shower.

Buyer Beware!! Super disappointed with this company and the service I have received. I would not recommend going with them at all. The whole process started back in June or July for the quote. They told me the install would be in September, I was fine with that because the expectation was set. August I get an email that my project is ready to go and the date was three weeks earlier than they had told me. It took me four phone calls to get through to somebody to find out they had sent me someone elses email and my project date was still in September. The project was scheduled to start on a Monday, the Friday prior I get a phone call stating that all of my supplies were not in and they would have to push the install. Four weeks later and I have not heard a single word from the company. I had to call multiple times before I got in touch with someone to find out that the shower door supposedly came in the day I called them and they were able to do my install the next week. They had told me it was a three day install originally, but when they did the rush install they only scheduled two days. The installer was not able to complete in two days so then I had to find another day that worked into my schedule for him to come out and finish the install. After finishing the vanity is crooked, my tile was chipped and one was not installed correctly. They installed the shower door backwards so it leaked, and they did not finish sealing the shower. They immediately came out two days later and fixed the seal around the shower and told me they would have to come back with more floor to fix the chipped tile. This was back at the end of October. I have played phone tag with them repeatedly, every time I call I get sent to the call center who tells me they are sending out emails and reporting all of this before I get a return call. I finally got in touch with someone that they had apparently just hired and he came out and immediately fixed my shower door. Or so I thought until it continued to leak every time that I shower. He told me that the vanity is going to have to be crooked due to my wall (my old vanity same size and everything was not crooked.) They cannot figure out what type of flooring they ordered for me and came out two different times with the wrong floor to try to fix the chip that they caused. They then tell me they are going to have to replace my whole entire floor since they cannot figure out what type of tile they put down originally. This means taking out the vanity and toilet again. That was three weeks ago and it has been complete radio silence since. We paid a ton of money for a gorgeous looking shower that leaks every time you use it, a beautiful floor with a chip in the tile and a tile that is not properly installed, and a vanity that is crooked. That is not to mention the fact that I have to repaint three out of my four walls and plaster parts of my ceiling that they damaged while doing the install. I am still waiting since October to do this in case they cause more damage when fixing my floor. Only the newest person has apologized for the inconvenience but yet none of the issues seem to be getting fixed. They have not once tried to make a bad situation better. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere even though the products they use look good the service is truly not worth it.

So far my experience has been great. Everyone Iâ ve worked with is friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual! I was very transparent about my budget and what I was looking for and Sam was able to show me options that met our goals! The work has not been completed yet but weâ re looking forward to it being done!

Al was a "no drama" guy. If you have had trouble in the past with contractors in the past, you wont with Al. He listens and understands your needs regarding any disabilities. The installer was very informative and extremely polite he assured us that we would love our shower when he was finished and he was correct.

They were very informative about what they were going to do in our home and helpful with picking out what's going to be best in our bathroom

We received quotes from 3 companies as we began planning a partial bathroom renovation ( tub / shower upgrade). Our sales rep explained the renovation process in great detail and introduced us to our construction supervisor via phone the same day we signed our contract. The quality of the materials this company uses far surpasses that of the other 2 companies even though there wasn't much difference in the price quotes.

The project has not been done yet, I was very impressed with how well Mark explained everything to me. I have wanted this done for a long time now and I am looking forward to the final result.

very comfortable with installation

They arenâ t really a remodeling company, they are a tub/shower replacement company. If youâ re looking for a full bathroom makeover, you need to specify that up front. They werenâ t interested in updating the rest of my bathroom/fixtures except as a separate job, but I would have had to buy and deliver all the materials myself. Also it was very expensive, but the work that they did was very good.
