Floors look beautiful. Better than I could have hoped for.

I've had Esser Builders II build a deck for me, and I re-hired them to help with fence construction as well. In both cases the work was done well, in a timely manner, and on budget. Would hire again.

EsserII did great work all-around, and their customer service is excellent. Al is personable and easy to talk to about budgets and visions, and his staff & workers were punctual, friendly, and always ready to answer questions and talk about options. Definitely would (and likely will) hire again. People driving by have even stopped to compliment our new porch!

Same day quote, got work done when they said they would, good communication from office. I'd hire them again. They put in a handrail on my front steps for free.

I have hired hired Albert and his crew for two recent projects. His team built a deck for us and are also helping us with yard maintenance. They offer a quality service, competitive price and always do an except job. This may sound cliche but they always put the customer first. Albert is trustworthy gentleman who gives great advice. It is also nice to know that he trains people with little skills, providing jobs that would otherwise be difficult to come by. I have no hesitation in recommending Albert to anyone who is considering hiring him.

These guys are so good, I hired them twice! Albert and his crew are very good. They are personable and will bend over backwards to meet your needs. Albert came to my home and personally inspected my roof. He actually got on a ladder and inspected it! They installed a new roof on my home and repaired water damage in my dining room. I am extremely satisfied. I also had them install a new roof on my fathers house. Great team, I would highly recommend them.

We contacted Esser Builders last spring for a bid on a new roof. Within a couple of hours they were able to come and look at our property. The bid for the roof and other items was sent quickly with clear expectations of the work to be performed. Dealing with Albert and his entire crew was easy. They were personable, courteous, timely, responsive and made sure things were done to our satisfaction. They made multiple return trips to ensure that a particular problem area was not leaking. Since then we have called Esser Builders for other issues and would not hesitate to use them for future projects. We have had bad luck with other contractors and were reluctant to go through the process again. Working with Esser Builders restored our belief that there are good companies who do good work out there.

Punctual and quality work. Follow up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. Going to hire them for more work!

The Esser team did an amazing job adding a walk-in closet to our master bedroom. They were very professional and the final product was just what we were looking for!

Work was done in a timely manner. Looks very good. Only draw back was the cutting back of gutter which required roof runoff redirection which they installed.

We noticed a small damp spot in a couple of places in one of our bathrooms, called and talked to Albert Esser ll the owner, he came out that morning identified the source of the leak gave me a price for the repair, turned out that original builder of house did not properly seal around exhaust vent fan and water was leaking in through that area, I agreed to price and he had a crew out here that afternoon to fix... Great service his crew that came out was very nice and professional.. As I told Albert when he called me back that evening to be sure that i was satisfied with the work, "this job was a smaller job but it just opened the door for more work that we are doing this spring ". Very satisfied would highly recommend

I cannot say enough great things about Al's work. I thought I was going to be in a bind when a different company became non-responsive however through Thumbtack I found Al and his company and he was very easy to work with. He met me at the job site to take a look at the repair needed on my schedule and provided instant feedback on what would need to be done along with an initial time estimate. His quote was competitive and the work was top notch. No complaints on the repair whatsoever, for a fix that included external siding, internal drywall, window replacement, and paint, among other things. On top of it, he was professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Al for contracting and construction needs.

The crew was their own time the next day, and where hardworking and kept things as clean as possible. I must say overall my experience was wonderful, and I will definitely contact them again for anything else I may need!

It went very well. Chad, Carl and Eric were very polite, diligent and professional. Eric took before and after pictures of the chimney and sent them to my email. Carl went above and beyond by accepting the challenge to even paint my dormers which the painters I had hired neglected to do. When one of the windows fell out of a dormer, Eric helped me replace the glass. The crew had their own truck and their own tools, and even came back on the following day, which was Sunday, to finish the job. They cleaned up everything before they left. And to top it off, once they were done, I got a call from Dale, the EsserBuildersII Manager, to let me know that they would be coming out on Monday to inspect the job. That is more than I can say for any of the other contractors hired for the project, and a mark of real professionalism.

I am so glad that I hired Al and the hard working men of EsserbuildersII. Al represents his company well and provided on-time, efficient, and quality work. Al is a highly detailed owner that takes extreme pride in his services provided. It started with just needing a roof replacement and then through conversation, I mentioned some drywall patch work that was needed. Al stepped up and offered to do that as well. Al brought samples of shingles with him to help with the color scheme of the house siding, which made the process a lot easier. Al and his team were very respectful of my property during their work and cleaned up once they were done. EsserbuildersII is the way to go if your home needs a roof or even some drywall repair.
