I don’t like hiring companies that treat customers as if their time means nothing. If you make appt for a job at a certain time be at that job. If you can’t be at that job call ahead and explain. No excuses.

It was a quick fix and I really liked that I did not have to replace all the concrete. I am able to walk up to the door now with ease. The chipmunks will be very upset that they will not be able to hide under the concrete walkway anymore. I was comfortable with the company and they made sure that I was happy with the job. They were really a wonderful company to deal with.

It went pretty well. They are from out of town. So they came when they were doing other work in the area. They missed one section, but when called made it right. I never got to meet them as they came when I wasn't home. They told me the cement would not settle, so it should stay slanted away from the house. This was my goal.

Great! It will give the driveway an extended life without the cost of replacing.

I was out of town when the work was done. Once I got home, it looked like only the caulking had been done because the two sections were still lower than the rest of the driveway. Eric stopped by and let me know that when they tried leveling, the adjacent concrete slab started to raise, so they had to stop. I didn't know that this was even a possibility, so I was disappointed. There were a few spots where the caulking didn't completely cover the seam. I expressed my concern and Eric came back to fix these problem areas. Eric was very patient with me as I was having health issues and was not very responsive to his voicemails. He remained pleasant and professional, which I greatly appreciated. I would hire them again if needed, and would recommend.

The team worked the better part of two days to complete the work. They were efficient and hard-working, completing the work in minimal time so we could get back to using our garage without waiting too long. The quality of the work is excellent, leaving our driveway and garage threshold as good as new.

It took quite a few days for them to get out to the house to make the estimate, but the estimator was very helpful once he got there and the work was carried out exactly as agreed. They did a good job. I had used this company once before and was happy with their work both times.

I had called another mud jacking company and they came out to look at my situation. They said that they would call in a couple of days with a quote to do the job. 2 weeks later I had to call them and they said their equipment could not handle the job. So I called CR and L co. They gave me a quote right over the phone. All that they needed was the measurements of the two slabs. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellant job. I was at work at the time and they were very polite and respectful to my wife. They took before and after pictures with the permission of my wife. I could not be more pleased with their work.

Very, very good work, above and beyond the original episode - it was magical to see those heavy concrete panels rising to become absolutely level all across the patio and affected areas. They were great!
