Community Construction replaced my roof as well as did interior ceiling repair for water damage. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Each team of workers completed cleaned up each day and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with all the work that was being done! Living in Cheboygan, Michigan, it can be hard to find a trustworthy contractor. We are so glad we found Community Construction through their website, CommConstruct.com. We ended up hiring them to completely remodel one of our bathrooms. We wanted to change from a standard bathroom with a tub and shower to a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, along with a new tiled floor and new vanity. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.

We are extremely satisfied with the work Community Construction performed for us. We initially hired Community Construction to replace wood siding on our home with split shake vinyl siding. They were very helpful in the process of selecting the replacement siding product, giving us presentations on several products that were available. Their pricing was very competitive and the product we ended up selecting was perfect. Halfway through the project a violent storm rolled through the area, uprooting a large tree which fell on our house. Community Construction picked up the ball and ran with it, lining up a contractor to remove the tree off the house when it was almost impossible to get a tree contractor to do the work because of the extensive storm damage in the area. They were also very experienced in working with insurance companies to insure that we got the maximum compensation from our coverage. I don't know what we would have done without their assistance in navigating the insurance process. Community Construction coordinated and performed all of the repairs from the storm damage including replacing the entire roof on the house and garage. I would highly recommend them and will definately use them for future projects. Their workmanship is professional and their pricing is competitive.

We could not be happier with the new roof and gutters that were installed on our home. The owners and workers of Community Construction are authentic, hard-working, personable and did an exceptional job (while using high-quality products!!). They are set apart from anywhere else because of the quality of their work and the way they genuinely value the customer. We have had multiple compliments on our roof since it was installed.

I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. Great all around service. Every step of the process was handled with ease and every question answered promptly and honestly. The site clean up was excellent.
