UPDATE: I had given this company a poor review previously after I was displeased with the way they handled a complaint about the recent service of my snowblower. (It broke down the first time I used it after it had been repaired by Brady.) I later wrote to them and asked them to resolve the issue. They did so, though I paid an additional $90 on top of the original $200 because the repair person found another issue that needed to be addressed (something wrong with the paddles). Although I am happy with their responsiveness once I wrote them a letter, and the fact that they didn't charge me for picking up and dropping off the snowblower from my house, I am left wondering why this paddle problem wasn't caught the first time around. Also, the person dropping off the snowblower got the day wrong, though this isn't a deal-breaker for me because mistakes happen, and he later apologized for this. All in all I am not sure I would use them again given that the paddle problem wasn't addressed the first time around, and after their initial (not-so-customer-friendly) response to my complaint.

They brought the mower back but the drag wheels wouldn't work, they came to repair that and the handles that turn the drag wheel wouldn't turn. It was almost impossible for me to pull that up. They cleaned the carburetor on my snow blower and when they did that they bent back the plastic cover and broke it. They were also supposed to replace my spark plug which they didn't do that either. All three times that I have used them, they have given me problems.

When I dropped it off toward the end of September they said they could look at it as soon as the end of season mower work was done. This was fine as I didn't anticipate needing it for a while. It was done in two weeks. They helped unload it and load it back into the car. We've used it three times already this winter and it runs very well.
Description of Work: We had a 20 year old Toro snowblower that hadn't run for a winter or two. Took it in and since it 'tried to start' they thought they could work with it. They winterized it and replaced the following: paddles and skid, broken vanes and bad diaphragm. Since I had this done in the fall, they drained the fuel leaving just enough to start it. (This is when I learned fuel goes bad over time).
