No show/ no call multiple times for scheduled work. No consideration for customers that have to take time off to be home for the work to begin. Owner was very rude on the phone. Multiple contacts made with corporate as well, no resolution. We went with a different company.

They did a great job. Very professional. The only reason I didn’t choose them is because another company lowered their price by almost $2,000 to get the job. (All companies came in around the same price.) But I probably would’ve gone with B Dry otherwise.

I got three estimates. They were the middle estimate but they did not try to upsell me as the others did even though they did explain all of my options and answer my questions. They arrived on time, performed the work per their estimate. They warned me about the dust even though they clearly tried to contain it as much as possible. Cleaned up after themselves. The drain system is working. The workers answered all of my questions. I would hire them again if needed. They put the drain in one side of my basement and under a porch.

Very well. This is the second project we have worked with B-Dry on. Very professional and helpful.

The workers showed up right on time and worked steadily on the project which took about 6-7 hours. I haven't had the system put to the test, since I only get leaks every 1-2 years when we have extreme rains. The system looks good, however, and I am very happy overall.

Very Good. Only detraction was some spillage of something in driveway which stained the drive.

B-Dry did an excellent job. Ed was so wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and professional. This is a second home for us so we couldn't be there while the work was getting done. He really cared about getting the job done correctly and went above and beyond by checking on the house before they could start and sending me lots of pictures. He notified us when he discovered additional problems (and solved several without charging extra). They started on time and finished on schedule. Having a wet basement is awful and stressful. Ed made it better. I highly recommend B-Dry.

Bdry's crew were on time and completely professional! Latrell explained what they were doing, keeping me updated during the whole process. They laid down drop clothes and covered my basement steps with plastic. I was impressed that such a messy job didn't make more of a mess! Highly recommend them!

These folks installed our B-Dry system back in 2003. It's some of the best money we've spent on our house, as the basement has been dry ever since. After almost 14 years, the sump pump (rated life expectancy around 5 years) began to act up. They came out the same day, replaced the pump, and even included a stamped, self-addressed envelope with the bill, something I haven't seen in *years*. Highly recommended.

B-Dry employees were amazing, especially Ed Burgess. We had gotten a quote from a competing company that we absolutely couldn't afford. Ed came in and gave us an affordable solution, that has worked - we are a year out. It was done in one day. They were neat and clean. All the workers were polite and completely professional. I can say enough about this company. They "saved the day" for us.

It went very well. The crew was friendly & professional. They did high quality work & part way through the job they were able to adjust part of the work serving us nearly $1, 000 off their original quote. They cleaned up after the job. We were very pleased!

It went well. I was expecting a dusty mess. Didn't happen. The immediately put down a protective runner from the basement walkout door to the unfinished room. They then put up a temporary tent with visqueen to minimize the dust. Cleaned and sweep up the room before they left. The two man crew was extremely respectful of my property and the job was done well. I observed the process from start to finish.

Very punctual & reasonably priced. They seemed to know exactly what to do. Did well on clean up when they were done. It took a little longer than what they said it would.

I called on 10/7/16 and was told Andy may be able to call me after 5:30pm. I work until 5:00pm so I thought it was nice that they would try and have someone call me after my works hours. Andy called me on 10/10/16 at 7:45pm. He asked me what was wrong. I told him I had some water leaking from my basement walls just above the floor. He asked if I had a sump pump. I told him no. He asked me how much water was coming in. I told him about a cup of water. He said ok, you don't need a sump pump, you need to have about six feet of the wall cut out from the inside and we'll put gravel, plastic and tile. I'm rattling things off here, because I'm not sure exactly what he was talking about. He then said it would cost $1500. I was shocked and disappointed at what I was hearing. Really? This is my estimate? I said um ok aren't you going to come out and look at it? He said he could, but that's what's gotta be done. I thought I'd let you know what it's gonna run. I just said ok, bye. I don't want to deal with someone who is annoyed at having to do their job. I wish my experience would have been more like the rest of these reviews. I will be calling someone else to come out. I'm truly disappointed with these people that's for sure.

It didn't. I had to cancel as I had an emergency come up and couldn't meet with the gentleman. It was rescheduled I went to the property to wait for the gentleman to turn up and 15 minutes after the scheduled time I called the company only for them to say that they didn't have me scheduled, at this stage, I decided not to rebook with them.

It went very well. I contacted B-Dry and I was able to set up an appointment for an estimate very easily. While setting up the appointment, they let me know they had done a similar repair on the house back in 2001 (two owners ago), and that repair has held up to time. I scheduled the appoinment, they showed up on-time and completed the repair of the new crack that was letting water in. They also threw in chipping out some 'honeycombing' in the foundation that would very rarely let a trickle of water into the basement at no extra charge. While it hasn't rained yet since they repaired of the new crack, given that the 2001 repair hasn't given me any issues, I'm very confident that the new repair will hold up well. Overall, they did a great job!

B-Dry systems arrived on time everyday, layed down covers to protect items, cleaned up mess everyday, answered all our questions.

Crew was polite, did great cleanup. Moved my freezer a put it back without complaining.

I had a vertical crack in a non-weight bearing wall and wanted to get it fixed. I assumed it wasn't any huge issue but wanted to have a professional look at it. I contacted two places off Angie's List and B-Dry Systems of Mid Michigan in Mason responded immediately. Mike was out as promised the next morning. He was very prompt, friendly and trustworthy. It would have been easy for him to convince me I needed a $600 job but he did not hesitate to tell me it wasn't necessary. This is the kind of business I want to use; friendly, prompt and honest. I recommend them highly!!

It went extremely well. I got estimates from three different companies, and B-DRY's was on par with the others. I chose them because the salesman, Kim, was so professional and inspired my confidence, and he was not pushy at all. I had done a lot of research before calling, and he took time to explain all the different options to me, and gave me his experienced opinion on everything I questioned him about. I also liked that he had a chart of prices so it was simply a matter of doing the math on how many feet of the system I needed. I was very happy that the solution Kim came up with was preventative and holistic, in that it included grading and addressing the swelling of the saturated soil, instead of only fixing the sheared wall and installing the drainage system. It was several months before they could schedule my job, but it was well worth the wait, and communication was excellent while I was waiting, as well as during the job. On the first day, Ed walked around the outside of the house and asked questions about how I wanted things done which impressed me because he was anticipating things that I never would have thought of. The outside work took 5 days, and the inside 3, and every day the crew cleaned up so well before leaving that I never felt as though I was coming home to chaos. I was confident leaving them in my home while I was out, and one day they even met the plumber for me because I couldn't get home to do it. Everyone was friendly and professional. They weren't chatty, which is a plus, yet I felt comfortable asking questions or giving instructions like asking them to lock up my house when they left. I am very happy with the work that B-DRY did, both functionally and aesthetically, and I highly recommend them.

Honest and hardworking. Ed and his men showed up on time and worked for 3 days, finishing everything on the third day. He updated the progress of the work on the phone since this is our second home.

Mike diagnosed the problem effectively, and Stacey subsequently was a great help in pinpointing exactly where the crack was and he then did the injection. It has not yet stood the test of the next big rainstorm but I have every expectation that this will take care of the problem. In all interactions with B-Dry, they were very professional, helpful, and prompt. This was in contrast to interactions with another well-known basement company in the area. When they came out, they mentioned only in passing that a crack in the foundation might be the source of the leak (after I brought the crack to their attention); they offered no economical fix (e.g., the epoxy injection) but proceeded to promote a "system" that would have cost thousands and required extensive disruption throughout an entire finished basement - and still would not have plugged the crack that was causing the leak.
