Craig T. LaDuke is the Owner of a Full-Service Building Company, LaDuke Construction. Craig has been involved in the housing industry since 1979 and specializes in designing homes to fit individual lifestyles.
He is a Professional Master Builder with the Builder Industry Association of Southeast Michigan, Michigan Association of Home Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He was an invited speaker at the NAHB National Convention in 2007 & 2008. He has also been featured in Experts on the Issues Audio Series, interviewed on Builder Radio for developing a comprehensive Building Project Management System, and has a dedicated chapter in the book Complete Guide for Selling New Homes.

Modern-Shed is Craig’s newest addition. He is the Regional Manager for Michigan, Ohio & All North Eastern United States. Modern-Shed provides a creative, effective solution to utilize space while moving in step with the environment, and with the flexibility of customization down to the hue of the trim. It is simply about storage, fun, space, architecture and your back yard. It gives you the chance to have an office away from home, an art studio, or free up room in the garage. Modern-Shed is about living smaller, within our means and utilizing space.

The 20 Clubs are comprised of similar type builders or re-modelers from non-competing markets who meet several times a year to share their wisdom and learn from each other ways to improve their operations and increase their bottom lines. Members share and compare financial information, look for trouble spots, and offer each other advice on how to increase their profit ratios and improve their performance.
Caps Program
The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation program teaches the technical, business management, and customer service skills essential to competing in the fastest growing segment of the residential remodeling industry: home modifications for the aging-in-place.
