Job was okay. Provided a verbal estimate of < $500. Actual bill was closer to $800. No explanation or discussion around increase in cost of the job. Make sure you get a written estimate.

After having another company come out and diagnose the problem and tell us that they would need to order the broken part, I was able to find B&G through the Rheem website. I called and explained that we'd been without heat for two days and that the part we needed was a draft inducer. Not only were they friendly and helpful on the phone, they called me right back and let me know that they had the part in stock and that they would do their very best to fit us in that afternoon. They called around 2:30PM and said that they would have some techs on the way. They showed up on time, replaced the part, inspected the furnace and ended up replacing a hose that was not working properly and tested everything in multiple scenarios to make sure everything was working. They answered all of the questions I had. I thought the price was fair for the service provided. I highly recommend B&G, especially if you have a Rheem furnace. They stock most parts and you will not need to wait for them to order the part (in most cases).
