He did not finish the job. He owes me $15000.00 for the movement of contents, repair of contents, cleaning of contents. He will not return phone calls; spoke to him in late 2012. He planned to meet with me to discuss my our-of-pocket costs for the items left undone by him, to be submitted to our insurance company, but never contacted me again. I have left messages to return my call; he has not answered his phone or returned any calls. I have been left with no recourse except to take him to court to retrieve my out-of-pocket expenses that he should have done and billed our insurance company for. At this point, I will have to pull the main contractor into court, along with Mr. Anderson(subcontractor) although I had NO issues with the contractor who hired him. The 'paint job' that was done was inferior to the point of having painted over lightbulbs, light switches, water spigots, etc. I could not imagine a worse paint job. I would advise ANYONE to run, not walk, away from this 'painter'...I can't say enough to tell you how bad his 'work' was.
Description of Work: Removed contents after major interior water damage. Painted after walls were replaced.
