Finding a home inspector in the area that we felt confident with was difficult. American Home Inspection was not the cheapest, but we felt they would do the most complete job. They were able to meet our time frame, were efficient, and professional. We had a few problems explaining things to the secretary, but overall, they were very helpful and did a thorough inspection of the house we wanted to purchase. After living here, I can't see anything they missed.
Description of Work: They inspected the new house we were intending on purchasing. They were fast and efficient. Some of the phone conversations back and forth (we were living over 3hrs. away at the time) were frustrating, and the secretary didn't seem to understand everything we were saying, but the inspector's report was thorough, timely, and we were confident that he had taken his time going through the house and outbuildings to the best of his ability. The report included pictures, comments, and addressed all our concerns plus some we hadn't even considered.
