"Worthless" meaning they were worth far less than what I paid for their service... a simple swale dig and a drain tile job... The swale was dug in the opposite direction I instructed, and the drain tile now has a negative grade drainage problem. They don't listen, they lie about what they did, and then Brad covers for them... pretty much what I got. And the price? Figured I'd pay it since I would be getting quality work. Wrong! Later I've found out I'm not the only one who's been getting screwed. My advice, don't believe all the 5 star reviews you see here.

Great experience working with Summit Landscape Management on the rebuild of a large retaining wall. Note, it was necessary to rebuild due to a different contractor's poor workmanship. Summit was great to work with and puts their customer first. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Communication with Summit was difficult and frustrating from day one. I would have clear conversations with Suzanne but the work crews would claim they knew nothing of the conversation. The crews would openly admit they get no direction from the front office. It took me 6 weeks of calls, emails and complaints to have my yard cleaned up in the spring and nearly two months of the same in the fall. At one point Suzanne even wrote a condescending email about me to one of her colleagues but accidentally sent it to me rather than her colleague. When I could get crews to show up to work, the did a fair job, but communication with Summit was terrible.

Spent over 1 hour with 2 separate employees. 1 - irrigation division and 1 tree service division. Although they promise to have estimates to me within a couple day, after a week there was still no communication from either. Had to start from the beginning with a different company. Would not recommend at all

we had some problems because we started late in the season and the frost came too soon and stopped the project which could not start again until late spring. They had to kill the lawn twice because the weeds came back in the spring before they could restart the project. They did an amazing job...very impressed with their work ethic and workmanship. They take great pride in their work. Some of the sprinkler heads were not working properly and they came back to correct them promptly. we are still having some issues with weeds and fertilizing...but they are working on correcting the problem. Their customer service is excellent and we would highly recommend them.

Summit was one of about 5 or 6 landscape companies I called for an estimate. They sent someone out the next day and he was very punctual and very professional. Not only did they come out the very next day they emailed the estimate to me the next day. The estimate was excellent. Very detailed and worthy of the job. The only reason I didn't give them the job was that the company that did get the job prioritized my job because I was going to put my house on the market. But I also have to say I reviewed companies that came out took their measurements and never bothered sending me an estimate. And some that took my call said they would get back to me and never bothered to call back. I've heard all the excuses, but if they don't call back in a timely manner obviously they don't get the job. But I can tell Summit is very professional, and I told them so when I called them back.

The office staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. Someone came out to do the estimate the day I called and we had the estimate in our mailbox within a day. The three large Maples that were trimmed are located very close to our home and the branches were hanging over our roof. Summit was very careful and was able to trim all the large branches without them falling and damaging our roof/gutters. We were also very happy with the way they trimmed and shaped our 2 Japanese Maples in our front yard. We would definitely use them again for tree trimming or removal.

My experience with them was fine, and I would use them again in the future.

First, Summit provides you with an agreement that details scope-of-work definitions for the selected services. Also stated is how many visits you will receive. Misunderstandings about what is, or is not, included in the price should be rare. Summit Landscape lawn service is first rate. They provided the best season of mowing we have had in six seasons (since we bought this house). And that is saying something. When an issue did come up (they mowed around a mulched tree, but part of the area was the neighbors grass) a quick conversation with the crew solved the problem. The crew was open and receptive to such comments. Also, calls to their office are usually answered by a human; if they need to get back to you, they do so promptly. Crew members always were dressed neatly and acted professionally.The vehicles used to transport equipment are nice and in good repair. Mowing height was uniform, and the string trimming was outstanding -- I do not remember them scalping an area the entire season. They just showed up each week, did their work, and were on their way. And they left us with a yard to be proud of. End-of-season irrigation shut down was a great experience. The technician was thorough and polite. He blew each zone a second time to ensure all water had been evacuated, which he stated was normal procedure. He was quick about completing the task, but not sloppy about anything he did. Summit Landscape Management has got it going on.

They worked with our schedule. I had him and some other places come out. I felt like they did a really good job of explaining what my different options were and providing a fair price.

We have a two year service contract with Summit Landscape. They take very good care of our lawn. We have had some problems in the past but the problems have been addressed and they are improving. The price I have reflected is a two year agreement price.

They were very busy this summer so the scheduling of the arborist and the workers was messy. The receptionist in the office was very apologetic and remembered us from the first time that we called wondering if an appointment was going to be set because we hadn't heard back. She got right on the phone with the workers and set an appointment right then, so that we were taken care of. In spite of that, I would still use their services again, because I believe the price was fair, they were honest and they did the job well.

THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE IMMEDIATELY. I THINK THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE FAST. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY BUGS SINCE THEIR VISIT. I REALLY ENJOYED THEIR SERVICES.

THEY ALWAYS DO GOOD WORK EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS CHARGED US THE SAME PRICE. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY HIDDEN FEES. THEY KEEP OUR LAWN LOOKING VERY GOOD.
