Slow, not according to promised time span. Corners were cut. (No gussetts to prevent separation of intetior beams.) and bad advise given. (Apply caulk instead of metal flashing at a point where a roof met an exterior wall.) Flashing not applied where it should have been, and installed improperly in places where it was. The result was extensive repair had to be done within a few years of the original construction of the house. This included the replacement of a large window and at least two sheets of exterior sheathing after the exterior siding was removed to discover the extent of water damage. Woodland Builders’ owner, Paul Gibbs, was contacted and asked to do the work. His first response was that it was winter and he could do nothing. His final response was that he would stop by if in the area. He and his work crew have in fact been in the area several times, but have never recontacted me.
