+ -1 moreLet me preface by saying I have used this company for years and until now, had been extremely satisfied with their service but that changed. I have had them repair an aging furnace with them insisting I needed a new one which can't be done yet for a number of reasons. The tech informed me on a previous visit in spring of 2023 it would need new burners and he would call me with a quote. He never did. Fast forward to January 12, 2024 and my heat was out. Hoholik came and after ten minutes told my family member; they would have to order parts and sorry about your luck. A week later in temps that never exceeded 10 degrees F the whole week. They came and fixed it knowing full well payment would come at the beginning of the month and the tech proceeded to throw a fit that saying he would not have come knowing this. He knew, I told them when they called to give the quote which was substantially less than the bill turned out to be.
Description of Work: The gas valve (Which had been replaced the previous spring) the burners, among other things. The tech that arrived was rude, nasty, and embarrassed the family member that was housesitting the house for me while I worked so the pipes wouldn't burst. To say I'm disgusted would be an understatement. During a previous visit, we conducted business in the same manner and the same tech said" I'm not worried about it." It was like once I said, I can't buy a new furnace right now, the attitude went way south. I gave a one start because I couldn't give zero.
