+ -1 moreDuring the renovation, I was challenged with addressing multiple issues with the quality of work that was being performed. Major quality and work issues included not leveling the floor prior to installation, electrical problems, drywall problems, and I have now hired a second general contractor to uninstall the shower which doesn’t drain properly. This will result in removing tiles from the wall and floor, having a new base built and everything re-installed. Additionally, Flores Project Group cost over $4,000 more than the original bid. At the "end" of the project, I received a detailed invoice requesting I pay for what I would normally consider installation costs such as tile grout, tile spacers, paper to protect the wood floor, etc. To date, I am still hiring other contractors to fix the problems that Flores Project Group created. After approaching Flores Project Group with these issues, they attempted to fix them multiple times without success, which has caused me to seek out other professional resources. I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: I recently renovated my basement. The project began in August 2011 and was “completed” in January 2012. Design plans were done that included a small kitchen/bar area, full bathroom and office area. Flores Project Group was going to execute the detailed plans and discuss any necessary changes as the construction process began.
