Horrible experience. John came out in a timely fashion and looked at the work I wanted done. He did not provide me a written estimate but told me that he could do the work and quoted me his hourly fee. He told me that he would have a "helper" that he would supervise (included in quoted fee) because he no longer climbed up ladders, so when he showed up with another worker to do the work I was not alarmed. When they completed the work I was presented for a bill more than double what had been expected because I was charged an hourly fee for each worker. The tasks involved did not require 2 workers and the quality of work was substandard. There was a definite lack of professionalism and integrity. I would not only NEVER recommend this business, I would actively discourage anyone from hiring him.

John is very pleasant to work with. I was given a verbal estimate and then authorized the work. I have had him do a few jobs for me in the past. His work is good, but in the future I would ask for a written estimate with a highest the project could cost. I expected to spend $150.00 and job ended up costing me $456.00. Yes, I would use this company again John is a good guy.
