"Though the gutters were cleaned in December after the leaves had fallen, this spring of 2024 the gutters were over flowing!! I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."

"Spencer opened my irrigation but there is a zone that needs repairing. He said he would come back and fix it in a few days (that was 2 weeks ago). I contacted him and he said he would do it last week, but did not show. I sent a text several days ago and he has not responded. He is fired! There really is no excuse for poor communication today with text, email, and phone. I am disappointed. I'm guessing he is trying to build his business and now has lost a new customer simply by not doing what he said we would do. Does not make sense..."
