Description of Work: We hired him to get water hooked back up to our cottage after it froze up over the winter. He was very prompt to come out and give an estimate, and we gave him over half the cost as a down payment to get started. Months later, several phone calls later, the work is still not completed. It's ridiculous.

Description of Work: We had a phone consultation on New Years Eve three years ago. I found some hot water and he gave me a few tips to try. He said if that didn't work he would come out for a service call. What he told me to do fixed the problem.

+ -1 moreThey are local. They did a very good job. They were here the day they said they would be and they got it done. We couldn’t get them to come back like they were supposed to. They were supposed to put in a switch for our furnace so it would blow through the registers more. They said they were going to come back and they never did. Other than that, he did bring in the furnace and hook it up, but he was supposed to come back to do the switch and he never did. They did show up when they said they were going to be here with the new furnace and they got all hooked up. Their punctuality was good. Their professionalism was very good. If it comes to our furnace, then probably we have to use them again.
Description of Work: We used Moore Plumbing & Heating to install a new furnace.
