Description of Work: Landscapers cut cable lines. The lines were repaired in a reasonable amount of time by WOW. | |I have been using WOW internet for over a year, and have been very satisfied with the speed of the internet, no interruption in service.

Description of Work: WOW was our cable service provider for a couple of years. We only subscribed to limited basic. They would keep removing channels from our service while raising the price. If it was not for that, we would have continued with WOW.

Description of Work: My son's name was originally on the account. Finally when I went to get it off, more than 1 year ago, we couldn't because it was in his name. He had to do it himself and he was living far away and busy. Finally this year, his wife called up and they let her take his name off the account. So then I returned their rental modem to them and they came out to install my own modem. They were very kind even though I was upset and told them I would pay off everything because he had married and moved out years ago., It was complicated but they worked hard to make me happy and I now am, very happy with their service. They also gave me a good deal for 10 months which they did not have too.

Description of Work: Installed home phone (wired an additional jack) and internet (including Wi-Fi). Installers were about 25 minutes later then the time frame scheduled. Phone sound quality good. Wi-Fi speed and coverage food. They didn't damage or mess anything up.

 + 1 moreThey are supreme over all other providers. They are great with Customer service. They give you the best price for your area. Other providers I felt like took advantage of me. Wide Open west is the best hands down.

 + 1 moreTheir quality has been so far so good. Their guy comes over to my house when anything needs to be done such as changing the box or repairing the cable, after I make an appointment with them over the phone.
