Not well. The paint job still has not been completed. We had to pay 50% up front, but the work completed is not worth it and incomplete. They walked out in the middle of their work, and tried to dodge questioning. They have a huge habit of saying one thing and doing another. When you call them out on this, they throw a fit. Verbal is one thing, something written in the contract is another. In addition, the entire project was supposed to take from June 30th to July 18th, as per their own contract. they didn't even complete all the painting until July 19th (the last day they decided to come) Chris only repaired the walls and ceiling after we pointed things out. But of course they paint the entire wall, then after we ask why something was not skim coated, they go over it and repaint... wasting so much paint in the process. When creating edges, all the white edges from the ceiling overlap on to the walls. the color should end at the corner, not 1/16 or 1/8 of an inch below the ceiling. In addition the job was never completed entirely, there are imperfections all over the place. Brenda even stated that she couldn't reach certain places and would come back to finish the job, and of course never did. There are even places where the ceiling paint is uneven, so there are different shades of white all over the place. Some of the paint continued to bubble, and they would continually complain about the humidity and say they would bring their fans and equipment, and yet never did. they continued to use our air conditioner and dehumidifier throughout the entire job. The paint was bubbling not because of humidity since the rooms that would have more had no issues. The problem was that rather than priming the walls as they were supposed to, they just painted right on top of the patchwork and old layers of paint, which shows everywhere. There are texture and finish differences all over the place because they never primed, which is common practice when doing any paint job. Also to clarify, they were not using primer and paint in one, I checked. They were also supposed to repaint the wooden railing for the stairway, which they left in the middle and then left in the yard in the rain, so is now ruined. In the middle they began working on the garage, eve though that was supposed to begin after everything inside was already complete, but we let it pass. In the contract it states they would lightly sand the panels and then paint. When we saw them working they were just taking a small scraper tool and taking off bits of chipping paint. In no way shape or form is using a scraper on certain spots considered sanding. We were only asking them to use sanding blocks to do the job, not get palm sanders (even though Chris verbally stated that before contract signing). We went out to ask why they weren't sanding and already began painting. Chris began to argue that the scraping is sanding, because he realized that he signed on for too much work. The discussion did get heated because he wasn't doing the job he contracted himself. He got so angry he started throwing stuff around and told his crew to clear out the house and not finish the job. To calm the situation down I told them to just leave the garage where it was and not do it. Brenda supposedly went out there and spoke to Chris saying "These people are good people and deserve to get their home done. We can't leave it such a mess." After this they came back in and started working again. When the paint job was finished they were supposed to begin the floor refinishing. Of course they never came back to do this. Up front they stated they had to rent sanding equipment to do the job, and was incorporated in the cost of doing the work. About 10 days in we get a call saying their sander was broken and in for repair. How they went from renting to owning, I have no idea. They they stated they would not be able to do the floors until it was fixed. We told them it had to be done, so start as soon as it was fixed. They expected it to be repaired by Tuesday the 19th. Wednesday nobody shows up or calls. I call Brenda and she screens the call. I text her and she says that it's still broken, and that they would have to cancel the project, backing out of their own contract. I told them they could rent the equipment, but the job needed to be done. Her response then changed to, we don't want to work in your home because "you yelled at Chris". This was in regards to when they began working on the garage before even finishing the work inside our home. It went from "our sander is broken" to "you yelled at us and did not apologize". While they were working in our home she never brought it up. She never brought it up when we fed her in our home. She never brought it up when we sent food home with her, so she didn't have to cook that evening. She didn't bring it up when she cried and stated how embarrassed she was by her husband Chris acting that way. Looking back we realize that they probably never planned on doing the floors in the first place. They took so long "painting". They try to start the garage too early. The sander was "broken" and they couldn't rent one. They knew we were in a tight spot and we wanted to get it all done through one group, so they tacked it on just so they could overcharge for a crappy painting job... At least if they were planning on not doing the floors, they could have tried to not ruin them in the process. Covering he floors in plastic would have saved us the trouble from having to now delay moving our stuff back in. The floors are scraped up more than before, and covered in paint and plaster. At least before our floors were presentable, and we could allow people upstairs, but now we are stuck having to find somebody else last second to fix their mess! We have called 7 new contractors, and they have come by to review what needs to be finished. Not only have they called the work done by Trinity Professional Services horribly sloppy, but that it's going to cost quite a bit more to fix everything. Every contractor has said that the hardwood floors should have been refinished first, because when saturating the edges the trim and walls will get stain all over them, and in the stair case the siding and the face boards would get ruined by the stain as well. This has now solidified that Brenda and Chris planned from the very beginning to never do the floors. We had no idea since we've never had a project like this done. The original invoice from Trinity asked for $962.50 to do the floors. Now every contractor I call is asking for $2079, $2061, $2182, $2015. They have to sand through all the paint and plaster that overs the floors. Then we have to now pay even more to get a lot of the paint redone because the stain has gotten everywhere on the edges, and to complete the work that was not finished and was done sloppily in the first place. Paying $1576 for shoddy paint work is not worth it at all, and now who knows how much more it will be to fix everything!

We recently had Trinity out to do a deep cleaning of our house. Brenda and Christopher arrived on time and were very professional. They did an incredible job, our house had never been cleaner! Floors, cabinets, light fixtures, walls, it all looked great. They used their own products which are environmentally friendly. They took their time to make sure everything was completed and done right, and our house is no easy feat with 2 young children, 3 dogs and 2 adults! I highly recommend them.

I can not say enough about the professionalism of Brenda and Chris. I had a deep cleaning of my home done 3 weeks ago and I was so impressed. There were a few things the workers missed and when I told both Brenda and Chris they came right back the following day and ensured that I was satisfied. My house was spotless and my laminate flooring and hardwood were so shiny and squeaky clean. I was so impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism and their commitment that I now have them for my regular cleanings every 3 weeks.

Whenever a new client calls our company for certain types of services they would like done in their home, we automatically let them know we offer a "FREE" estimate to come out and assess their home and the work that needs to be completed. Before we leave the home, we let the client know how much the job will cost and when we can book their appointment for them. Now, if a client has an issue with the price that is given, we may then consult with them and see what can be arranged or if they have a budget they are trying to stay under. The service that Trinity Professional Services provided was the best. Chris, one of the owners, was excellent, professional and always communicating with me during the project. The project included removing window treatments, repairing walls and painting. The prep work and repairs took some time, but when the Trinity Professional Services? team started the painting, it was done very quickly. Some of the closets and a large amount of the trim needed more than 2 coats. Chris? team applied more coats as needed and did not charge me for it. I highly recommend Trinity Professional Services and we will surely use them in the future! Here is why I ranked my painting project with Trinity Professional Services the Best!!! Good: The Trinity Professional Services Team did a good job preparing, repairing and painting our home. Better: When the work was complete, Chris and I did a walk through and noted the touch ups I asked for. He never complained and always was patient and professional. He completed all the touch ups I requested without a hassle. Best: Another bonus the Trinity Professional Team provided in our project was whole house cleaning. I was amazed. Everything that wasn?t painted was cleaned. The stove, the kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, sinks, toilets, etc.. What a pleasant surprise! We just purchased the home and had not moved in yet, so to have the entire home clean and painted was such a welcomed and pleasant surprise. Description of Work: Chris from Trinity Professional Services gave us a quote to paint the entire interior of our 1200 sq ft home which included: 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 baths, 5 closets, 2 entry ways and the stairway to the basement. The quote was similar to another quote I received. However, the scope of work included cleaning the home after the painting was completed, so I selected Trinity Professional Services for the job. There were not too many reviews on Angie’s list or other web sites, so I did think I was taking a small risk.

I asked Trinity Professional Services to come to our home and give me a quote on removing the carpet and refinish the wood floors (under the carpet) in a 1200sq ft home. When I had other service providers over to give me a quote, they gave me a quote which included sanding and refinishing the floors which would cost about $5,000 to $6,000 When Chris and Brenda came to the home for the quote, they mentioned that they have done this type of work many times and suggested to just remove the carpet and based on how it looks, just clean and polish it. This type of service would cost around $500 instead of $5,000. In addition, they removed all the tack boards and cut up the carpet and padding into small pieces to the city would pick them up in the regular weekly trash pickup. It is very refreshing and surprising that a company would be so honest and so understanding to offer suggestions that can save you a lot of money. Sure, sanding the floors and putting a new finish on them would be great, but right now we are on a tight budget and saving $4,500 for floors that look good too! How can you turn that down? Well, after the carpet was removed the floors were cleaned and polished and they look great and only a fraction of the cost! If you want a professional company that works hard and does what they quote you and on top of that make practical recommendations that not only make your home look good but save you a TON of money, then you need to contact Trinity Professional Services! In addition to removing the carpet, cleaning and polishing the floors in the 1200 sq ft home, we also hired their team to clean all the wood doors, baseboards, door frames, closets, etc with TSP. We recently bought the home. It appeared they smoked in the some of the rooms, so we wanted to get rid of any orders prior to painting the walls. Chris and his team did a great job cleaning every room (and closet) in the house with TSP which included the wood doors, wood trim, baseboards, ceilings, and window sills. The woodwork looks great and the house smells clean and fresh! Thank you Trinity Services for all your work cleaning our new home!

Trinity Professional Services did a great job cleaning and painting our basement.We recently bought the home. It appeared that theMa basement was neglected for a long time. There was a lot of dust/dirt on the walls and floors. In addition, we believed they smoked in the basement because of the order. Chris and his team did a great job getting the walls and floor clean. He recommend cleaning the walls and floors with TSP prior to painting. The floors and walls were so dirty that his team had to clean (and scrub) the floor multiple times to get clean. After all the cleaning they painted the walls with dry lock. The basement looks and smells great! Thank you Trinity Professional Services for a great job!

Chris came out to bid the job and was very nice and courteous. After accepting Trinity's bid, Chris came out a second and 3rd time with painters to go over the scope of the work. We were assured the job would be done in 10 days and the house show ready. After moving most of our belongings to storage and moving the remaining items into the center of the respective rooms a single painter arrived...to paint everything. The first painter would work for about 5 hours per day, after 5 days a crew of new painters showed up. This crew was very good, however all the work of the first painter needed to be redone as there were visible lines in the walls and trim and ceilings were not properly cut in. It has taken over four weeks to paint the house. The painters informed us they did not work for Trinity, but were contracted. Trinity has not been to the house in almost four weeks. Finally the painting was completed, again Chris said he would come out to inspect the job, scheduled an appointment for Friday at 5:30. At 6pm we texted him with and there was no reply. At 6:30 he finally anwered his phone to say he would call back, and never did. The cleaning crew was due to arrive Saturday morning at 9am. 10:30 no one has arrived and we have not received a phone call or text. Monday came and Chris showed up to do the cleaning. Carpet cleaning was part of the contract, Chris shampooed the carpet, but did not move any of the furniture to clean the carpet underneath. My wife had to move the furniture and have Chris reclean the carpet. At the conclusion of the cleaning Chris informed us the services were $1000 more than the contract we signed. We informed him that we had a contract, he had inspected the house three times prior to us signing the contract, and we would only pay what was agreed to. This company does a good job of selling the service, but not delivering it. Turns out Chris did not pay his sub-contractor in full either. Painters just showed up at my door threatening to place a lien on the property, since Chris will not pay them the balance and will not answer their calls. This despite the fact we paid Trinity in full the day the job was done, over 5 weeks ago.

Our company came out and assessed Mr. & Mrs. [member name removed]'s house as requested, Chris did the initial walk-thru with the clients and went over ever specific detail that they requested; Chris did notice that there were an abundance of drywall repairs needed thru out the house and Mrs. [member name removed] had stated that her husband had tried to do the repairs himself; Chris then gave them a price for Interior painting, Drywall Repairs, Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning; they agreed to the price and we set up a date and time to begin the project. Now, as a company, you do sometimes have to hire contractors to come in and do some of the work, especially if it is your busy season and you can't be two places at the same time. We hired a set of painters to come in and start the project and there were to many issues in the beginning with all the drywall repairs that had to be redone in their house because of mistakes; and 2500 sq ft is a lot of house to cover and then paint everything from top to bottom. With that being said, Chris did have many conversations with the clients in regards to why it would take a little bit longer that what was expected because of those issues; and he did stay in contact with the wife at all times, letting her know what was going on with her home as well as the painters scope of work for each day. As for the carpets in the [member name removed]'s home, Chris did do a very good job cleaning their carpets as expected, and when he did the initial walk thru with the clients, he did explain to them that our company does NOT move any furniture in clients homes; we ask the clients if they want carpets cleaned in specific areas, to please have the furniture moved before the cleaning begins. But, when Chris did arrive to carpet clean, nothing had been moved, so Chris had to help Mrs. [member name removed] and her son move everything so he could clean her carpets. As for the contract being $1000.00 more; there was never anything over the amount then what was agreed upon except for the cost of the extra drywall repairs which Chris never charged them for; in fact, we gave them a $400.00 discount on their entire estimate. They agreed to the estimate that was given to them for a whole house being painted from top to bottom, major drywall repairs, carpet cleaning, and a full deep cleaning of the whole house. Now, when it comes to our contractors, our people were paid in full when the job was completed and we even have the business checks wrote to them with the dates to prove it and the bank statement to show that they cashed their check! This was definitely quite the experience for our company with this situation, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding, but Trinity Professional Services, LLC always endeavors all jobs with the utmost quality and service! Brenda and Chris are the consummate professionals. Brenda returned my call in record time and met with me later that same day to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done. They walked through the property and noted all my concerns and exactly what work needed to be done. They had wonderful suggestions also. Pleasant, personable, professional and prompt those are the words that best describe this company and the lovely owners. The work was exemplary. Trying to get this house ready for sale has been very stressful for me...Chris and Brenda washed the stress away with the dirt! I WILL be using this company again! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called Professional Services for a house cleaning quote. I spoke to the owner Christopher, who scheduled the free home visit and estimate. He and his wife Brenda came to my home, did an inspection of my home and then sat down with me to determine what type of house cleaning I needed and a fair price for the job. At the end of our meeting both of us felt satisfied with our agreement. Before the scheduled cleaning, Christopher called and confirmed our appointment. On the day of cleaning Brenda and "J" arrived on time with all of the necessary supplies. They cleaned my house for 6 hours and did a marvelous job. I had used other cleaning companies in the past and none were as thorough as this team. They even washed out my bathroom garbage can. I was more than pleased with the end result. For now on, they will be cleaning my house biweekly. I would highly recommend Trinity Professional Services to anyone needing a thorough cleaning provided by a professional team.

We bought a home with a large basement that had become filthy due to a coal room filled with coal and foundation repairs. It was so dusty and dirty down there and although we had mostly emptied the space, it would have taken us an entire weekend to properly clean it, so we hired a 2-person crew from CBR Clean Sweep and they did a beautiful job. They were exceptionally professional, and wonderful follow-up, and thanked us for the opportunity to work with us. I was really impressed with the professionalism of our team and would definitely hire them again.

Brenda and Chris showed up exactly on time and were ready to work. And that they did. They worked very hard, and efficiently. I was SO impressed when they did the whole house clean for me that I hired them again to come back and do a detailed cleaning of the windows, casing and sills in my home. The windows had not been cleaned in YEARS and when I moved in this was one job that I just could not do on my own. The price was VERY FAIR - they definitely earned it. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They know what they are doing, and they are very thorough. They don't mess around. I was very pleased.

I called CBR Clean Sweep on a Monday for help finishing a heavy cleaning job in a relative's apartment. Brenda and Chris were able to fit us into their busy schedule, met us at the work site at the end of day. They estimated a cost of $250 for cleaning, wall washing and carpet cleaning. We also asked about painting the walls if they were available to do so and they were. The bundled price was $450 plus cost of paint, which they picked up at the store for us. They started work the very next morning They arrived before 6:30am and worked until 6pm. They were kind, professional and hardworking. They kept in touch with us throughout the job with calls, texts and photos. They shared product and cleaning tips and were not daunted by the condition of the walls and surfaces. Their rates are reasonable, they do quality work and are very pleasant and committed to customer satisfaction. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Chris and Brenda were simply the best, and their excellent customer service began prior to either of them even picking up a cleaning product! As I was giving the two the tour of what needed to be done, I pointed out a "broken" desktop computer in the office I hadn't been able to use for over a year. Chris walked over to the computer, typed in some magic code, and got it working! And I had yet to hire them, much less pay any money! Well, the job they were hired to do was phenomenally well-done, despite what a nuisance I was. I had promised them an empty house, and it was me who didn't deliver. When they showed up at 7:00 a.m., as promised, I was nowhere near ready! Yet they worked around me with great humor as I frantically tried to get all my junk out of their way. And I can honestly say -- by way of example -- that only out of the box have I ever seen a refrigerator as bright and shiny as Brenda got mine. And that went for the rest of the house as well. Their helpers were friendly, courteous and hardworking too. All in all, I was sincerely impressed by everyone at CBR Clean Sweep and would enjoy the opportunity to utilize their services again. You can't go wrong with this group.

Chris and Brenda are AMAZING! They took our home which was under construction for 6 weeks, and turned it into a clean, beautiful space before my family moved in! There was paint, drywall dust, and mortar EVERYWHERE. They cleaned every inch of the place. When they ran out of a certain cleaning material, they even came back and cleaned the floors again to make sure they looked beautiful! I recommend CBR Clean Sweep highly!
