 + -1 moreLarry was very professional as were all the people who worked on my kitchen. I had my old countertops, backsplash, sink, vent hood and lighting replaced. They finished the job in record time, laid down cloths to protect my floors and cleaned up every day. The kitchen looks fantastic. I had 3 estimates from other companies and Kitchen & Bath by Rite-Way was very competitively priced. What really sealed the deal for me, was the fact that Larry caught what could have been a problem with one of my countertops while he was doing my estimate. None of the other companies caught this.

Description of Work: Kitchen and Bath by Riteway did a complete master bathroom remodel for us. They were tremendous to work with - quality of work was outstanding and done on time and as promised. They are very professional and offered us several good ideas and options. They are probably not the least expensive option - but quality of job was well worth the price. I highly recommend them and would use no one else for our future kitchen or bath remodel need.

Description of Work: They did a remodel on much of our first floor bathroom, putting in a new shower, cabinet , redoing tile work, etc. Very punctual, hardworking and responsive to our concerns. We love the new bathroom and would recommend to others.

 + -1 moreI called a couple of times to speak with Kevin and stopped at his store once to get an estimate on re-doing the counters in our kitchen. I don't have a problem with his not wanting to do a particular job but he and the office mgr should have just to me that outright instead of wasting my time , telling me that he would return my calls and set up an appt. I cant believe he wouldn't at least call once to find out what was involved. Business must be good ; it could be better if he treated everyone business-like.

 + -1 moreEven if he decided he doesn't want the work, a simple email stating so would have been nice. If someone has too much work to do, don't come out and take an hour of my time for the initial meeting.
Description of Work: D is for Dissatisfied Need complete kitchen reno except for cabinets. Based on reviews, I contacted Kevin for a quote. He couldn't come on an evening since he's coaching soccer. So I went in late to work on Apr 17. He took an hour to get detailed measurements and seemed to understand and be able to do what I needed. He was supposed to email a quote to me with a couple days. Here we are 2 weeks later...nothing.

 + -1 moreWent well. The guys were arrived when scheduled and completed the job when planned. They had an issue where the glass door was broken during install, but rushed the replacement and had it in quickly. We were very pleased with the work and the outcome. They were not the cheapest but we had used them for other work in the past and we know they quality of the work is excellent and the job will be done as planned and agreed upon.
Description of Work: Rite-way completely gutted and re-did a full basement bathroom. Job consisted of plumbing, electrical, tile, vent fan install and outlet, drywall, glass door install, toilet and sink install, and paint.

Description of Work: Kitchen & Bath by Rite-Way remodeled our bathroom in February of 2007. They gutted the bathroom and installed a new toilet, new sink, new bathtub and new ceramic tiles.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY PERFORMED. THEY DID A VERY TIMELY JOB AND CORRECTED ISSUES AS THEY CAME UP.
