Honest, efficient and affordable are just a few words to describe my experience with All About Plumbing.

We called Dennis at 10:30pm on a Thursday night due to a backed up storm drain that was backing up into our basement. Dennis was at our place within an hour and had the drain cleared in about 20 mins. Super professional and knowledgeable. Came in, got right to work, no BS.

Excellent.

They arrived as scheduled on Monday and conducted the work in a professional and expedient manner. They left the yard in great shape. We would highly recommend this company.

He was excellent. They came out and not only took care of my initial needs. I then inquired about prices of doing stuff, and compared to Pennsylvania, everything in Michigan seems a little bit less expensive, but the work is better compared to what I had done in Pennsylvania. What I did was, I went on emergency plumbing; I wanted to get someone out ASAP. I called him about 10:00 at night, he answered, and I said I'm prepared to turn the water off overnight, but could you get out tomorrow morning. He says yeah, I'll be out between 8 and 9, and he was. What I had wanted done cost $60 plus the call, but because I then asked him about a bunch of other things that I wanted done, like replacing toilets and doing some stuff with a couple of shower heads and so on and so forth, he took the cost of the service call off. For punctuality, when he was returning he called and said he was going to be late, so I'd give him an A.

This is the second time that we have used All About Plumbing in an emergency situation. They are usual pretty fast to respond and honest with their assessments. The workers are always polite and responsive to our questions. The only real issue that I had was that the floor was pretty wet after they left because the water soaked through their tarp into the carpeting...all in all after an extensive clean up, we were satisfied with the end result as things could have been much worse and our problem was solved within a timely manner with very little complication.

They’re excellent. They’re very nice, capable, and we’re never disappointed.

They lowered the toilet and got a new flange for me. They gave me a $20 discount from the church paper. They were good and fast about the repair, but I feel the price was a bit. They were here right on time the next day. They also covered their shoes when they came in the door.

Arrived promptly, kept the worksite clean and safe. Cleaned up afterwards. Made sure the work was done right. Very fair price for the expensive toilet purchased.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, AND THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT WAS MADE. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT ALL PLUMBING WORK IS EXPENSIVE.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND POLITE. THEY CLEAN UP THEIR MESS. THEY COME JUST AS SOON AS THEY CAN WHEN I CALL.
