I had no problems and the installation went smoothly. I was satisfied.

They have been there whenever we have a problem. They are very prompt, and very courteous.

I answered one of their adds offering a free installation special. I was very impressed by the fact that it really was free and there was no pressure to buy anything. I would advise to be sure to ask a lot of questions because it is complicated.

There was just one person who came out. I had a good experience. Everything went well.

The monitoring is good. Every other aspect about the service was poor and frustrating. Install was in new construction and the technician placed two glass break sensors in the wrong place (had to be replaced with wireless). I was billed for service call and equipment and it took over a year to fix. When I moved (and took the service) I was promised a no-charge install. I was charged and more than 6 months later I am still trying to get the bill fixed. I have spent hours working on the billing issues. Finally, their charge for monitoring is over average. I would not recommend.

The first time the Tech came he did not have enough time to complete the work. He cam back two days later and stayed until it was finished.

We are very happy with the service we receive from them. We had other companies come out before and we were so impressed by how thorough ADT was and how they explained everything in detail. They are careful to listen to your concerns and follow any directions that you give them. I think their prices are very reasonable and are every bit worth the peace of mind that they provide you with.

I really like all the choices ADT offers for security devices. I was able to choose from window seals, door chimes and motion detectors. I thought they were friendly and I haven't had any problems with them.

I haven't had any problems with ADT. I also haven't had any cause for them to respond. About the only experience I have with them is paying my bill each month. They are always on time with that, so I hope that is a good sign.

The alarm works well as I have tested it a few times by mistake. The customer service is amazing they were very quick responding to my alarm and they made sure I was safe before hanging up. They are a great company the price for the service is awesome.

So far, I have been really pleased with ADT. They never give me a problem. The paperwork is always informative and correct. I think they are an organized company that has built their strong reputation on years of providing people with home alarm servicing. That tends to make me feel good because I know they are a reputable company and that the protection they are providing me with is good. I think the prices are affordable and I have never had a problem getting in contact with them either when I have needed to.

We had gone to the home show and quite a few of the booths were for home security systems. After talking with a few of them, we decided on the ADT system. The cost was $100 to install both door alarms, the motion detector, and the 2 smoke detectors. There is also a $35.00 monthly fee to monitor the alarms. This is deducted right out of our checking account each month. Overall, I am pleased with the service. It offers a great piece of mind. I believe that ADT has dealers that do the installation. Premium Protection was ours. The installation did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. The technician had to go through our attic. By mistake, he drilled a hole in the wrong place leaving a hole in my downstairs bathroom. I also think I will have to have them come out and check the contacts on the doors because they seem to be loose. On the plus side, we have used it for about 8 months and have not had a false alarm. The system is easy to understand and operate. Overall, we are satisfied.

THEY ARE A WELL KNOWN COMPANY WITH A GOOD REPUTATION. THEY PROVIDE TWENTY-FOUR HOUR SECURITY AT A REASONABLE MONTHLY RATE. I FEEL SAFE WITH THIS COMPANY PROVIDING SECURITY FOR MY HOME. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY DO A VERY POOR JOB. MY ALARM KEEPS ON BREAKING CONSTANTLY. THEY CHARGE OVER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND FIX THE ALARM. THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR HOURS BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY LATE. THEY ARE A FAILURE FOR A COMPANY.

MY WIFE AND I ARE PLEASED TO HAVE THIS SYSTEM. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND SHOWED US HOW TO WORK IT. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I FEEL SAFER KNOWING THAT THEY ARE HERE TO KEEP US SAFE. WE DID HAVE ONE FALSE ALARM AND, I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THAT THEY RESPONDED. THEY CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT.

WHEN ADT ARRIVED AT MY HOME THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME. THEY WERE ABLE TO FINISH THE WORK QUICKLY, AND LEFT NO MESS BEHIND. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, ADT ARE A VERY HIGH QUALITY ALARM COMPANY.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE A TOP NOTCH COMPANY. THE INSTALLATION IS FREE. THEY ALWAYS RESPOND VERY QUICKLY. I FEEL A LOT SAFER KNOWING THAT THEY ARE THERE TO PROTECT US.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING MY NEW ALARM SYSTEM. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO USE IT BEFORE THEY LEFT AND ALSO GAVE ME A CONTACT NUMBER IN CASE I HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT.

THE ALARM WAS FREE WITH THE PURCHASE OF A TWO-YEAR CONTRACT. THEY CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE SECURITY THEY PROVIDED IN MY HOME IS SAFE AND RELIABLE.

THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB. THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB PACKING AND MOVING MY FURNITURE. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND VERY PROMPT. THEY DID EVERYTHING. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PEOPLE THAT INSTALLED OUR SYSTEM. THEY SAID THE INSTALLATION WAS FOR FREE, BUT THEN I FOUND OUT THEY WERE GIVING ME A USED SYSTEM AS OPPOSED TO A NEW ONE. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

WHEN I CALLED THEM TO COME IN AND INSTALL AN ALARM IN MY HOME, THEY RESPONDED RATHER QUICKLY. THEY HAVE A REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN SOMEONE WAS ON THEIR WAY TO INSTALL MY ALARM FOR ME.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT ALARM SERVICE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ALARM SINCE THE MEN CAME AND INSTALLED IT. I HAVE NOT ACTUALLY HAD TO USE THE ALARM YET. THEY CALL ONCE A MONTH TO CHECK UP ON THE SYSTEM.

THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS IN TERMS I COULD UNDERSTAND. THE SYSTEM HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANY TROUBLE SINCE I HAD IT INSTALLED.
