Professional, punctual, and came out within 24 hours of our phone call. Can't say much about the price because we wanted it done ASAP and didn't really shop around, we just trusted Angie's List! But the price seemed reasonable enough.

Given good information on initial call, and they were able to come out the following morning. Once Jack looked at all the locks, was given a quote which matched the final bill (even though he had to replace something on one of the locks and noticed a lock that I didn't initially). Jack even showed me how to lock the sliding doors (required an extra step that I hadn't seen before). Overall, great experience. All the new keys worked, and there was no mess left behind. I would definitely use Aaron's Lock and Key again.

Job went very well. The individual who did the work was very knowledgable, thorough and neat. Job took about 15 minutes and I was very pleased with the job.

The locksmith came promptly, double-checked that she had secured permission from the landlord (winning extra points in my book) and efficiently performed his services. He was quick, quiet, polite and non-intrusive. When he was done he made sure all the keys worked and asked my niece if she had any questions at all related to the service. Great job!

Aaron's Lock and Key did a great job. They came out to my newly-purchased house to rekey all of the locks. The locksmith arrived timely and called beforehand to confirm the appointment. The locksmith was professional and nice, and he quickly rekeyed seven locks. I will definitely use Aaron's Lock and Key again!

I looked up lock and key services in your listing. Aaron's was close to my home and had a coupon that i used. the worker was very friendly. He even fixed a lock on the same door that wasn't working.

I have no complaints at all about them. My husband called them and they said they would out the next day in the morning. They were here at about quarter to 9. They came out exactaly when they said they are going to. They really worked. They had to do a lot of extra drilling and stuff. They were here for about 3 hours. Packed everything up very neatly to be thrown away, vacuums and everything where they did the grinding and drilling and stuff. They gave me all the keys that I wanted. They keyed all the locks, so that we only need one key. They were very pleasant and professional. I was totally thrilled. The price was a little less than we thought it was going to be. They were very upfront about the charges. They told us upfront how much it would be per hour and how much extra would be if they had to do extra drilling and grinding. It turned that they gave us a very fair price because they did not charge extra for the extra drilling and grinding. The quality is wonderful. I would use them again in the future and I would recomend them to anyone too.

We called Aaron's Lock and Key on Monday to replace the locks on front and back door. They advised they would come out the next day in the morning and Duane arrived before 9:00am. We were advised ahead of time of the approximate costs for the service call, the cost of each lock and possible additional cost in case they had to drill into the door to fit the new locks . We were advised that in a lot of cases new locks may not be necessary and they may just need to re-key the locks. As it turned out, our locks were so old that the manufacturer had gone out of business back in 1986 so there was a lot of extra work to drill and fit the new locks exactly. We were not charged extra for this work. It took our technician about 3 hours to complete the job. He keyed all the locks so one key will work in all, a major convenience for us, and he cleaned up and vacuumed when he was through. A very nice and very professional man. We are completely satisfied with the job and the value for the cost.

I phoned early in the morning for an appointment. I expected to wait half the day. The technician (Jack) arrived within two hours. He was polite and willing to remove his shoes before walking through the house to evaluate the locks. He gave me a verbal estimate for materials and labor ($60) as well as the driving trip charge ($60). He left to purchase the locks that I preferred. The weather was inclement. I expected to not see him again until late afternoon or early evening. He returned within the hour with everything needed! Installation and clean-up were completed in a couple hours. During that time Jack called my attention to additional door issues and made corrections and adjustments. I might have gotten this job done cheaper, but for the convenience, the professionalism and security of knowing that the job was done right the first time, I am glad that I contacted Aaron's Lock and Key, Inc.

They came out right away, did the job and I was very satisfied. I would recommend them very highly.

Service was great, we were quoted $15 for each lock, plus the cost of keys. after service was complete, they called and said it would actually be $15 for BOTH locks (because they were already keyed the same) plus the cost of keys, when we had already agreed to pay the higher price. That's the kind of honesty you don't see too often. Aaron's was also quick to finish the job.
