+ -1 moreWhen we hired Rainbow, my husband was told that Robyn would be assisting us with shopping and helping us make choices. She met us at the tile store with her clip board and that was about it. Communication was zilch. We had the wrong bathtub delivered and a contractor showed up to install the new vanity before the floor tile was even done. This was a VERY FRUSTRATING 4 months. I feel this company is unprofessional and doesnt care about the customer.
Description of Work: We hired Rainbow Building at the end of Sep. 2016 to re-do our bathroom. Layout for the bathroom was the same as what we started with. Demo began Oct. 1. Once contractors started coming we were informed that Rainbow Building was SO busy that they out sourced our project to another company. The tile guy was from Monticelle construction, he did very nice work but was very rude. He was extremely upset that I was home and that i just didn't leave the house unlocked and go to work. The plumber actually just walked in to my house and scared the crap out of my son.
