Maximum Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning did such an amazing job getting my carpet cleaned and treated in my condo that they were my first phone call when we closed on our new home. Glen is both knowledgable and passionate about his job and it shows in his quality of work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs carpet or floor cleaning!

I contacted Glen on short notice to see if he was available to clean the carpets in our house. He was flexible on the timing and was very easy to work with. A couple days after the carpet cleaning, we noticed a couple soiled areas still in the carpet and an area where the berber was turning rust colored. Glen came back to the house prompty and recleaned those areas and brushed out the rust colored areas with a solution. He understands carpet, the chemcials he uses and treated our home with respect. Our carpets had not been cleaned in a very long time and he was able to bring the color back considerably. I would definately recommend Glen.

We just purchased a home in Richmond and needed our whole house steamed cleaned prior to moving in. Glen quoted me a price over the phone which seemed fair and reasonable. He was prompt on the date of service, even calling to see if he could come a little early. He cleaned 5 rooms, hallway, and stairs. He was very thorough and honest, as well as informative. He worked very hard! I expressed concern about the movers messing up the newly cleaned carpet. He told me if there was a problem, he would come back and clean those areas. He even gave me hints on spot cleaning. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Glen!

I don’t remember how much I spent. I think it was pretty reasonable. They are really hard working and wanted to do a good job. I got new carpeting done and so I won’t be hopefully using them for a while. That was my last stand before getting rid of my twenty four year old carpeting. Their quality of work was good. I will use their services again in the future.

Glen called first to see if he could come a little early and arrived before the 10:00 am appointment time. He pretreated all of the carpets before starting. I only requested traffic areas be cleaned but he moved some tables and chairs and put pads underneath the legs when returning to correct positions. It came out really well, especially for a 23 year old carpet. I would use his services again, and in fact he cleaned our daughte'rs house last week. He works alone and uses a truck mounted steam extraction system.
