Brian came out immediately, walked through the entire system, mapped it out, and presented recommendations. Afterwards, I call them to schedule the work. They were prompt in scheduling, the crew was great, polite & prompt in completing their work.

Provided detailed estimate with option of lower cost, higher efficiency watering system. Installation team was punctual and job was completed on time with minimal disruption. The only minor complaint I have is one I've experienced with other contractors: additional options were presented on the day of the installation which required a quick decision. Not sure if this is a general sales strategy or coincidence. Great job in general.

The crew came out and had it completed in a matter of a few hours. Professional guys, courteous and even removed their boots when entering my house. They showed me how the control module worked, showed me that all my zones were working correctly and even sweeped out my garage where they tracked in a little mud from walking in the dirt outside. It was a little difficult to get a return call from them after the work was done, but Brian took care of the follow up visit.

Staff stays the same from year to year so they're easy to deal with.

Replaced one sprinkler head that was broken from the previous year. Also replaced 4 short heads with taller (12 inch) heads in an area we plan to make a flowerbed. The job was completed fine, and they demonstrated that everything worked correctly afterward. However, they did not do as good a job of tidying up the lawn where they'd dug up the heads, as they did last time we had them work in our yard. The sod was sticking up in such a way that I would have hit it with the mower. It only took me 10 minutes with a trowel and some grass seed to fix the issue, so I was satisfied with the work and will continue to use this company.

Everything was great, however the associate had to get to another appointment, and 3 of the sprinklers were not operational and the spray patterns wern't reset, for the price would have liked a follow up appointment. The work performed on the pump and system was excellent otherwise and were prompt in attending to the system.

Bryan the owner came out for an estimate, and after I had gotten four others and narrowed it down to Maddox and one other , he was more than happy to come out a 2nd time to go over the plan and estimate with me again to help me make up my mind. We had bought a ton of new landscape plants to put in after the installation in mid-May, but had to reschedule due to heavy rain several weeks later in June. So we had to go ahead and put all the plants in, annuals, perennials, shrubs....a lot of stuff. Despite this, I can't emphasize how extremely careful they were to work around all of the plantings, even the smallest, with no damage to anything. When they left it was as if they were never there. The trenching through the lawn was also cleaned up nicely, considering it ended up pouring again for most of the day, and everything was really soggy. As great as the installation was, the follow-up after the installation was just as good. There were nozzles in some spots that weren't quite the right ones, and a few heads that I wanted moved or that were spraying where I didn't want them. Again, the owner came out and walked through every zone, swapped out a few nozzles for different ones, and dug up and moved a few spray heads that I wanted changed. He made absolutely sure I had no other concerns before he left, and ensured me he would be happy to come back out if needed. (And a few weeks later, I did have one more head I wanted to add, and a serviceman came out within a few days and added it with no problem.) The point I am making is, it's one thing to get someone to do a good job during the estimate, and then with the installation, and another to also get excellent service and follow-up after the job is done. I would highly recommend this company.

Great overall service.

I had tried adding some sprinkler heads as a DIY project. After ripping up the yard and overloading one of the existing zones to the point where some of the sprinklers wouldn't pop up, I decided I was in over my head. Maddox listened to my concerns about the existing sprinklers drenching the patio, and gave me an estimate with options depending on how much I wanted to spend. They came out with a crew of 3 or 4 guys, finished the work and cleaned up their mess (and mine) in about 3 hours. After cleanup they demonstrated that everything worked. The bill was exactly what they quoted. I'm very satisfied with the results. Maddox has also winterized us for a few years now and we have been very happy with them.

Technicians arrived within designated timeframe and were very professional. They checked all zones and found and corrected the leaking valve. They also serviced all four zones by replacing bad nozzles (10), two rotors and one valve. Total parts cost was $165. The service call was $75. the labor charge was $60. ( 1 hour ) and the winterization cost was $60. I felt the winterization cost was excessive based on ads received from other providers, and also based on the fact that they had already charged a $75 service fee. It's possible that we would use this provider again, but never for winterization,

They seemed to be fine, their price was higher than the other company we went with though. They were on-time and friendly though.

It was not an easy fix as to the location of the valves and a new paver patio that I had installed two years ago. My technician Jame's was able to remove the bad valve and replace it without disturbing the pavers that were so close.

Great, they arrived on time and just started to get to work. They installed the system front and back, it only took a half a day. They did a nice job cleaning up. Then they took the time to teach me the timer system and how to adjust the sprinkler heads so that I could make any changes myself.

Great. They showed up a little late due to the terrible rainy weather that day; but everything else went fine.

Timely, professional, and reasonably priced. The owner was out to give the original estimate, and Bob and Brett came out to do the work. The price we paid was below the quote by $5. May not sound like much, but it all adds up! We plan to let them maintain our sprinkler system every year.
