I followed their online step by step instructions for ordering the correct size for my 2 patio chair foam cushion replacements. When the 2 cushions arrived, 1 measured 21 inches and the other measured 20 5/8 inches. 1 cushion was 1 inch too wide, the other was 1 5/8 inch too wide, both enough to cause the replacement foam not to fit in the existing zippered seat cushion casings. I called the phone number, but a recording says to send an email which I did do. The response I received was rude and curt and was told they were cut within tolerance and to refer to the tolerance table. Reference to the tolerance table is NOT in the step by step ordering instructions! Needless to say, they will not exchange the cushions, and I am out the cost of 2 cushions ($78.38!) which do not fit into my patio chair seat cushion zippered casings. The instructions for ordering are incomplete because there is no mention in the step by step instructions to take into consideration you may get a cushion an inch wider or longer than you requested. Had I been aware of that I would have ordered an inch less for all the dimensions. I would have thought a commercial foam replacement company would be able to cut foam to the dimensions requested if you follow their online instructions, but that didn't happen. And don't count on "customer service" to work with you because all you will get is a very rude email response! Certainly would NOT recommend!
