Both the father and son provided excellent service. He showed up when scheduled at a time convenient for me, checked the A/C and determined I didn't need the more expensive work originally thought. He was very good at explaining what did need to be done, and took care of the situation quickly and professionally. He was experienced in what he was doing and made sure things were taken care of properly. Both he and his son were very trustworthy and good at their jobs and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them. Great job!

Air Conditioner was not working and with all the 90° days coming up, went online 7:30pm and the working was done by 10:30pm. Dario was great, he checked a couple of things and fix it. He was so nice, caring for my property, Great working with Got his Business card, will card again if need to.. Thanks so much had a good night sleep..

These guys were incredibly responsive and helpful. Dari got my furnace going again, but it quit again and he came back out that day free of charge. As it turned out, it made most sense to just replace my furnace. I know he wasn’t just trying to upsell me on a new furnace because he earnestly thought he already did fix it. They came to do the installation and replacement in a couple days. They were very courteous about working around my family, cleaned up after themselves impeccably, and did the job for a price that I thought was very fair. You will not be disappointed with these guys.

Called Dash (Airconex Heating & Cooling) to inquire about coming out to look at a loud humming coming from AC unit. He came out later that same day to inspect, most other places couldn't make it for 2-3 days. Upon inspecting the unit, we talked through together that the 20 year old AC unit should be replaced. I dealt with many salesmen in my time trying to upsell, Dash definitely gave me his honest opinion and was more than willing to only do the repair needed to keep the AC unit running. It was my personal preference to go ahead and get furnace done as well as it was just as old. The quote he gave me came in much lower than the others I received. Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in next day. Dash and his son showed up on time and installed both AC and furnace in under 6 hours. I am VERY please with the quality of work done for the installations. I would 100% recommend these guys! Honest opinion, honest advice and all around good respectful guys. Took care of surrounding areas of house inside and outside, great cleanup and removal of units too. DO NOT hesitate to call these guys for an inspection and or an estimate!

After contacting, they visited quickly and exactly on time to discuss the project. They understood my needs and quickly supplied a quote, which I approved the following day. True to their word, a few days later they returned, again on time, and installed the equipment. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and the installation was done on time and very neatly. They even took the time to visit with a neighbor to resolve an issue. I was in immediate need to replace my air-conditioner for a graduation party that I was hosting in 48hrs. All of the companies that I contacted couldn't come out for at least 4-5 days. I was overwhelmed when the Airconex owner, Dash was apologetic of their booked schedule but due to my circumstance offered to personally come out at 8:00pm the next day (after he would have already put in a 13hr day with his crew). I was convinced that my 22yr AC unit was beyond repair and I was fully prepared to pay a ridiculous premium for his help in resolving my dire situation. Dash showed up on time that evening, agreed that the unit needed replacing, offered an alternate solution that he felt confident would get me through the season if I wanted to delay the purchase of a new unit, and he got everything working by 11:00pm. Airconex saved my party, didn’t empty my wallet, and gave me hope that Customer service isn’t dead. I highly recommend Airconex and am planning to have Dash back this fall to replace the A/C & furnace.

Dash is efficient, effective and trustworthy. I was so impressed by the way he diagnosed the problem with my furnace and fixed it, rather then trying to sell me a new one when it broke down this winter. He also did a fantastic job installing my air conditioning last summer. He's always very straightforward about the work that needs to be done and the cost, and has very reasonably pricing for his expert work. I highly recommend Airconex!
