ABC WAREHOUSE

I thought they were very willing to work with me on price.

We went to ABC Warehouse having already done a lot of homework via the web, but we wanted to compare and contrast different models/incentives in person. ABC Warehouse had a large selection of washers and dryers, and I really liked our salesperson. She answered all of our qestions, looked up information on several different washers and dryers, and had even had some good, unbiased insights for us. I didn't feel like she was trying to pressure us into buying what she wanted us to buy; she actually listened to what we said we were looking for. The installation was scheduled for the next Saturday. The installation guys were very professional and friendly. They took the time to show us their work and test the machines before they left, without us asking. They cleaned up after themselves and were able to get the appliances in and out of the house without causing any damage - either to the appliances or the house. There were 2 relatively minor disappointments. The first was that we were told that we'd receive an email by 6am on our delivery date which would give us our delivery window; we never received an email, and ended up having to call the store ourselves (the employee that answered my call was very nice). Second, ABC doesn't offer installation for gas dryers; apparently they don't carry the liability insurance necessary. This was inconvenient; although my husband was able to do it. If it was just me living alone, I'd have had to pay a plumber to do it for me.

We were suppose to get a 50 dollar rebate and never got it. We just walked in, bought it, and left. They were just the cheapest place to go to.
