Description of Work: Installed a new Trane high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system. Installation was well done although there was a lack of communication during the installation with regard to a change in the location of the venting for the furnace than discussed with the sales rep and written in the order. In the end, we understood and agreed with the justification for having it go out through a certain wall, but the installer should have discussed with us why the change was needed before the work was done.
