Description of Work: Apply fertilizer, weed control, and grub control to my lawn. They came out 3 times so far. My lawn is looking a lot greener. They let you know when they are coming out, provide a print out of what they do, and you can also access they website to see scheduled visits and info of the visits.

Description of Work: I feel that this company did the old bait and switch routine. In spring 2012, they solicited my business over the telephone: whereby they gave me a certain price for an eight treatment package. I agreed to the price and used their easy pay option which allows them to deduct the charges from my banking account. When my first paper bill arrived, the cost of the service was different from what I had agreed to. I called the company and thought the issue had been rectified. However, the company continued to charged the same over-inflated amount. I also noticed that they had debited my bank account for the months of Jan., Feb., and Mar. of 2013 without my permission. Once again, I called to deal with these issues only to be told that a supervisor would return my call. I never received any such courtesy. After being frustrated with Scott's and feeling stupid for allowing them access to my bank account, I cancelled the service and hoped that a supervisor would call. No such luck (though they did issue a credit for the unauthorized charges for this year. I was surprised, however, to receive a call from a salesperson asking what he could do to get me to come back. Go figure!

Description of Work: They have done over seeding, lawn fertilization, and usual yard maintenance. The service has been pretty good. I have no complaints.

They did not start service on date scheduled last year & they were not doing monthly services on time. Supposedly had wrong address but it was on my check they cashed before any applications.
