DENNY BEACH

Description of Work: We hired Mr. Beach on the advice of our real estate agent to inspect our home before we purchased it, he was to make sure everything was fine and no big problems. He did find some minor problems with the house but his report was very positive so we purchased the home. My wife and I decided to replace the carpeting in the house with hard wood flooring everything went well till they got to the master bedroom when they removed the carpet there was water damage an black mold by the sliding glass door that goes to the outside deck, the sliding glass door which he did notice does not close there is a 1/2 inch gap from top to bottom, there was a stick holding the door closed because it would not lock. Mr. Beach also missed the water damage to the ceiling in the bedroom below the master bedroom also the of sheetrock of a previous water leak in the downstairs family room.

Description of Work: Denny enclosed our front porch exactly as I described to him, did wood working & screening, built flower boxes & a " made to order" book case for us. I couldn't be happier with his work, his professionalism & the timely manner that he completes his jobs!
