About us

We have a small family owned business. I do the general repair/installation work, & my wife does much cleaning, gardening, & painting. I subcontract when I need additional help. We accept cash. Depending upon how far we have to travel, we may charge a small fee.

I specialist in winterizations (dry/radiant/steam heating systems), thawing properties, lock changes, minor roof/soffit/fascia repairs, yard maintenance, & debris removal. I am also a welder/fabricator. I build beautiful wrought iron gates, pot holders, cribs, etc. - if it's made of metal, I can probably make it! I am a certified diesel mechanic. I specialize in brakes. I have performed worked on thousands of forclosed homes for the past 8-9 years, & I have a lot of experience doing what I do.
