 + 0 moreIt took two months to get a working water heater.still not sure it is.The first unit that was installed was the wrong size 30 gallon which I ordered a 40 gallon.They return to remove that one and reinstall a 40 gallon. Now every time the wind blows hard the pilot light goes out the last time was yesterday 6/24/2015. and shut the waterheater off (no hot water)..This has happened multiple time since its has been installed.Seems that a mechanical company could make it work after paying 250 dollars for installation and approximately 100 dollars in parts.The old waterheater worked better than this for 12 years in hard wind.

 + -1 moreVern was very friendly, professional and helpful. He gave us great advice as we wanted to do a lot of work ourselves to keep the costs down. He was very responsive and lead us in the right direction. Was also willing to come out in stages as our rebuild progressed. They understood the urgency of our project as we are displaced from our home until the rebuild is complete and they have been willing to speed up the install as much as possible. We really appreciated working with this company and definitely give them a strong recommendation.
Description of Work: Install all new plumbing in kitchen and bath. Also helped to design the layout as the job was a complete tear out and re-install.
