Superior Electric of Ludington

Superior Electric lived up to their name. They communicated well, they were right on time, and they worked tirelessly to get our very large job done. They were able to successfully work around the structural eccentricities of the house and get the job done with beautiful results, ahead of schedule, and for substantially less than the estimate. And as an added bonus, they were good with my dog and friendly to my kids.

Superior Electric, realizing we were two families in vacation, and being very busy already, made time in their schedule to get out to Pentwater and help us out. They closed off that electricity line and got the rest of the cottage working again. Without them we would have gone back home. I can't thank them enough for helping us out in such a professional and caring fashion. The only reason I did not put the cost down is that I am not the owner of the cottage and don't know what the final bill came to.

Jeremy added a new circuit in our panel and a receptacle under the kitchen sink to plug in our new dishwasher. He located the box so that there would be no interference with the dishwasher when installed, and he also labeled the circuit in our panel. He also connected the wiring of the plug cord to the new dishwasher. He was neat and efficient and did a quality job for us.

Everything they did is working. We had no complaints and they were pleasant and cooperative.

They did a wonderful job. When they wired the house, they tacked the wires together properly and removed any unnecessary items. They cleaned up well and did all the work that was required. They dug a trench to the garage and everything turned out great. I would definitely use them again.

Everything Superior did was exemplary. I first talked with Jim about my needs and we discussed when the estimate would occur. His worked made arrangements with the Realtor to meet. I received the estimate within 48 hours of when they were out. The estimate covered all of the items I had mentioned. It informed which concerns were not feasible for him to do and informed when a third party (Consumer's Energy) had to be involved. He sent a email a couple of days later stating that we was following up on the estimate to see how the work in question could best be dealt with. The work won't be done until after the sale is closed so I cant report on the actual quality of work, but I don feel confident that it will be done well when it is finished.

Extremely well. My husband knows how to do this type of work, but it's a vacation home, 3+ hrs. away, so he doesn't have the time. But he knows good work when he sees it. Great communication before the project took place. They arrived when they said they would, and completed the work in a very timely and professional manner. Also, it took a little less time than they had initially estimated, so they actually adjusted the labor charge down a bit. We were VERY pleased! Would definitely recommend, and would hire them again.

Tim the licensed electrician was on time, had read the switch installation manual. Finished job in one and half hours, very professional, recessed switch in wall in clean fashion.
