Their price was fair, we have got other quotes and it was right in there with all the other ones maybe a little bit less. They answered e-mails promptly and questions that we had. When we wanted to change the quote they were right on top of it. They answered the questions right away; they did not make us wait for a few days. They got back to us within the same day or the next day. They were pretty responsive and easy to work with. They did come out to my home and looked at what we had and what we needed to, then wrote us out a quote for my upgrade. The quote was on time, I did not have to wait for days and days like we did in other places. They were right on time may be two minutes after. They were very professional.
