Helping Hands showed up on time and then provided a very reasonable estimate. Upon agreement they started cleaning. There were four of them and they cleaned the house from top to bottom in less than 2 hours. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail. I asked for a deep cleaning Plus all items lifted and dusted underneath. Thus include the refrigerator and stove. They did an excellent job and I would use them again! I highly recommend them!

I'm extremely picky about how my house is cleaned, and Debbie and her wonderful crew exceeded my expectations. The house I purchased was very dirty, kitchen covered in grease, cobwebs everywhere - pretty gross! I knew that I would want a clean house to move into, so found Debbie/Helpful Hands through Angie's List, as well as contacting the local chamber of commerce. I had warned her about the level of grime, and she was prepared with a crew of 5 to get the job done. At 5 PM the evening before I was supposed to get the keys, I was informed by my agent that the previous owners wouldn't be out as scheduled, and I had Debbie already scheduled for the next day, which was a Saturday. She was very gracious about my predicament, and rescheduled for noon on Sunday. She showed up promptly, after calling to make sure everything was still a go. I showed her the house, and went over areas of concern. I left, and returned a couple hours later to check in - I could already see and smell the difference! Debbie and her crew are amazing. They made the house sparkle, and even removed the register covers and dusted them! I'm so impressed with the job they did, and highly recommend them. I will now start using Debbie for a bi-weekly clean after I get settled into our new home.

Superb. Does extras, for example one or two loads of laundry. Not punctual UNTIL you know her. She's always about 30 minutes late. Figure that in and she's always on time.

We've used Helpful Hands for 8 years and are more than satisfied. Beside excellent cleaning the staff themselves are neat and pleasant. Good with the dogs also.
