+ -1 moreTechnician discovered exactly which file was causing the error and told me exactly how to prevent it from occurring again. And he did not destroy any of my data or files or software. Excellent service for $85.
Description of Work: Repaired my computer: blue screen of death had occurred to my laptop. I brought the machine in on Monday, got it returned on Wednesday without losing any of my data or software. Excellent service!
