Description of Work: We had them out to do an inspection for termites. He spent less than 5 minutes and told us we had termites and he could take care of them for what seemed like a large amount of money. I got a second opinion because we were pretty sure it was old damage and nothing current. The second opinion confirmed there was no current infestation and was very thorough.

+ -1 moreThey sprayed the exterior with chemicals to reduce the presence of spiders. On the inside, they sprayed around the baseboards and at the apex of our vaulted ceiling for ants. For the vaulted ceiling, they rely on the homeowner to have a ladder that will reach [A prior service company would not treat the apex of the ceiling under any circumstance]. They told us what to expect in terms of finding dying bugs. When we found some live ones a few weeks later, they came and retreated the specific areas, problem solved. We actually have had them come out every Spring to get a jump on bugs coming out of hibernation (or whatever they do in the winter).
Description of Work: Treat house for ants and spiders.
