Calls back in a timely fashion and shows up when he says he will. Seems to not take much pride in the work, does the work needed but does not go above and beyond. He did not suggest a long term fix for why the unit keeps leaking freon. After replacing the blower motor there was a rattle so he just hit the side of the unit and when it rattled again he just packed up and left.

Excellent job. Greg is very personable and professional.
Description of Work: We use Greg for all of our heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. Called him Sunday night regarding a furnace issue and he came out first thing Monday morning, which was great since the temperature outside was sub-zero. Greg is always thorough and does a great job. His prices are more than reasonable. We also had him update all of our bathroom fixtures (toilets and sinks included). His quote was right on and we have been very satisfied with his work.

I think his prices are reasonable. If the problem is urgent he is here in a heartbeat. I live in the country and sometimes I get a pipe that freezes and he has been here at midnight and been there for me. If it is not urgent he is not here very quickly but I like the guy and he is a good person. I will use him again in the future. I had one project that wasn't a rush project but it took him a month to come here.
